In Thailand you must do wheelie and high speed with superman position to pass the exam.

in indonesia, license test is designed to be failed, then you "must bribe" to pass exam.

we need to have a test like that in the United States. I think the hardest part of this test was understanding where to go more than showing control of the machine. This machine seem to have a problem with the transmission?? It seemed like it was jumping out of gear and then back in??I am pretty sure that less than 30% of motorcycle licensed drivers in the United States could pass this test.Anyone 18 years old can walk into any motorcycle dealership and buy a brand new Hayabusa or a gold wing, with no experience.. I sold brand new motorcycles for 17 years part time. I was never even required to check to see if they even had a license here in the USA.I sold a few motorcycles that never even made it out of the parking lot before the new owner crashed ..There is no horsepower or displacement restriction either for beginners..
I don’t know what country this test was in. But I believe Japan has the toughest test to get a license on a motorcycle. If you live in one of the big cities, you actually have to be able to prove you have an offstreet place to park your motorcycle. There is one popular alley in Japan that motorcyclists park their motorcycles. This was a long time ago decades ago that I read this. that popular parking space for lots of motorcycles in Japan in one of the big cities, has more than 500 motorcycles a year stolen from it..
part of the test requires the driver/rider to ride along a board elevated above the ground it is something like 20 feet long or 30 feet long, and they have to ride the length of that board in no less than 10 seconds.. anybody can practically zip along a board like that in a couple seconds, but making it take 10 seconds or more takes some skill, almost like being a trials rider..Maybe that’s why only four out of every 100 applicants pass the Japanese motorcycle test the first time..
when I was a motorcycle mechanic at a few different dealerships. I have seen motorcycles brought in by customers that needed back brakes, and their front brakes were like brand new. I asked one guy why his front brakes were like new on a six year old motorcycle. He said he never touches the front brake because he doesn’t want to flip over.. they are out there..

@Paul W.A yes mate I did pass 😁, but in the third attempt. The second one I was keeping the left lane, turning properly but I lost balance twice on the obstacles. Third time I did everything correctly and passed 😎👌. This video helped me a lot

    • @RichyQE
      @RichyQE Před rokem

@Paul W.A if you have been riding for a while, watch this video, practice on the street what you see on this video and other you can find on CZcams, you should be able to pass the test for 125cc, I believe they are less strict for 125 than for 400 or above. If you failed once or twice is still cheaper than going to ridding school. However, if you want the safe and guarantee way, go to ridding school first and they get the licence.

it's true what people said you need to bribe to pass

@@joe.1035 What helped me was knowing the actual speeds for different parts of the course.
30kph for the inside loop of the motorway section.
      40kph for the outside loop.
25kph for the bend in the outside loop.
10kph for making turns or intersection. Keep the bike from leaning at all in these turns ie. turn the handle bars and keep your back vertically aligned.
Indicate 30meters before anything even if there are several turn options before your ultimate turn.
6 point check is a handy habit to apply too.

I know the problems of not learning a proper way, respecting the transit laws or not knowing them. Because I always want to be a better rider I watch license test from countries that require them.

key is to look infront, you go where you look. Also get used to the biting point of the clutch before you even try going up the beam. Once up on beam, just use biting point, no need to accelerate or brake. If too fast, use your foot brake instead.

The only thing that is harder then in Latvia (EU) is carburetor motorcycle LUL, apart from that:
braking: at least at 50 kmh,
"8" - tight as butthole, touched the paint - fail,
slalom - at least 30 kmh,
garage - motorcycle pushing backwards into small imaginary garage, should be done in one move (aka workout for girls),
slow speed riding is on a narrow wooden plank so you can fall from it and everyone would laugh at you (considered the easiest figure, but every year there's special person who would fail it),
    + 4 more for extra fun =)
