Reformer Workout ~ All Stretching for 30 Minutes

- Aah, stretching! In Pilates, I like to refer to some of the stretching as dessert. It just feels good to increase blood flow to the muscles plus it releases endorphins that help to reduce pain and enhance your mood. That is why I created a 30-minute flow of all my favorite stretches to do alone, add before or after another workout or give you ideas of some go-to stretches when you need something quick and easy. Enjoy!

what would you suggest for lower back pain?
A lot of times low back pain comes with tight hips. Stretching out the hip flexors and piriformis can help alleviate discomfort in the low back, and also lying flat on your back while supporting and elevating your legs at 90 degrees. It will help to allow tight low back muscles to release.
