      dude job gaps are a joke. specially within 9months. because in canada unemployment lasts that long. so to live life, you can last that long. but companies see that as red flag. bunch of bs. i got interviews with same company twice. once as steady employed, and once as honest unemployed. the time i said i was employed got me the job offer. and this was multiple times.

      @PhilLesh69 Před 2 lety +122

      @@asadb1990 I actually think anyone who talks about "job gaps" is either gaslighting or being gaslit.
      I lost a job at a news publishing company in 2007. I had enough money to live off of my own savings without unemployment or any kind of assistance for well over 18 months and so I took that time to take a shot at another business. After about 9 months I decided to give up on that idea, it wasn't quite as fantastic as I had hoped. But in the meantime a family member had a fourth recurrence of a late stage cancer and I ended up spending the next 18 months providing end of life care assistance for them. So now I'm 36 months out from my last W2 official employment. oh noz.
      Even my own family will gaslight me from time to time about my "long job gap", even though they were too busy to even stop in at the hospital for months on end and relied on the fact that I was there 12 hours a day every day for over twelve solid months. Because now it's a way to use something against me.
      It's all BS. I consider this no different from discounting women applicants on the basis that "women get pregnant and want to leave the job market to take care of their kids" (or even worse how they're getting even more twisted about that in regards to same-sex parents.)
      It's a gaslight. People have all kinds of reasons for not being employed at any given time. These folks want to penalize you for *truancy* _from work,_ if you really listen closely to them. Or maybe it's jealousy? Maybe they resent you for being able to do something they could only dream of? Take over a year off from work? Lose ground? How can anyone do that?

      Companies want good slaves who are married/have kids. After about 20 years working, I'll tell young people you should not have any loyalty to any organization, they will turn on you in a second when its convenient and fire/replace you. Also to ensure no slavery, young people dont get married and dont get a girl pregnant, make sure she takes the birth control pill daily in front of you and both wear protection. You will just condemn your new child to increasing poverty and freedomless slavery and these control/money/job trends worsen. Promote this idea in videos and social media to help prevent more young people into this new slavery.

Even though you were making a point, many sites, in particular Facebook and Instagram (Not Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, or Twitter), require a *real* person's profile. As you were publically LARPing as someone with inauthentic behaviour, your account was most likely taken down under that policy.
