One thing about Nigerian houses is that they never really focus on the kitchen.
They don't know what they are doing at all...kitchen with no modern double sided fridge, no dishwasher, no two or more sinks, small microwave and small oven ....... I'm tired.

@@michaelanthony4949 yeah that is because it's Beverly hills with a modern infrastructure ,24/7 electricity.
Why does it seem like most luxury Nigerian home kitchens are not open to the living/dining room areas? Modern luxury homes should have a fully open plan in those three areas. And the island in this kitchen is way too big for the space. I'm also beginning to notice that small details in most Nigerian real estate is overlooked. The small details is what make most luxury homes luxurious!

I love the video, the music was great, the mansion was superb.
However, at the same volume, your voice is lower, , we could hear the lady when she spoke, then back to you, your voice audio is low. Then comes in the music with high pitch, after increasing volume to try and hear you. Wasn't balanced and it's been a recurring thing for some of your videos now though.
Suggestion: Speak louder or increase your voice audio to match the music . Great video once again.

There isn’t anything 21st century about swapping master bedroom for primary, because they are synonyms when used in the context they’re being used. Master bedroom (not master’s bedroom) simply means the main/primary bedroom. You can say primary if you personally prefer the way the word sounds🤷🏾♀️, or maybe you like the spelling better dunno.

Why do Nigerians build these huge houses on such small plots. These giant concrete boxes. No lawn or garden , no trees, just concrete paving, tiny pool relative to the house. The proportions are completely off. And why artificial turf in a tropical country where one can grow the most amazing lush green grass? Not my jam at all. Give me a nice airy old colonial house in Ikoyi with lots of vegetation over this any day

You should probably ask question about the property fixture before making a video, missed vital points about the inner kitchen which is the cooking area and the outer one which is contemporary that is most likely will not be used for heavy cooking and other vital information's that was missing. Nice property but the presentation was poor. Not shaming you but a constructive criticisms that will propel you to do more research or be more informative.

The space wastage is just appalling to watch! The walk-in closet you showed has an extreme waste of space! The kitchen doesn’t do the house justice! The cinema room is almost tiny yet we’ve spaces wasted on walking closets

If LASG bills the owner of houses in this estate N1m per year in ground rent, they will shout blue murder. Yet in yankee the average property tax is about 1.5% of the property value. A house like this, depending on where in the states, shouldn’t be less than $1mln to $3mln. So let’s average it as $2mln, the property tax would be about $30k per year, which is N14mln EVERY YEAR!!
If I were in charge of LIRS, I would raise taxes on the wealthy who have these houses and expensive cars. Vehicles registration for known luxury brands like Benz, Audi, Lexus, BMW, Acura etc should be paying like N20k per year, while those with regular car brands like Toyota, Honda , Nissan etc pay our normal N2.5k. Luxury cars usually have more powerful engines that consume more fuel.
