I have to say that you did not do justice to master bathroom like you should. I can see 3 head pressure jet in that shower room which u never mentioned
We Nigerians like to imitate the west. They put the sink on the island because their kind of food is not so messy during preparation. Our food preparation is serious and needs lots of washing cutting etc. so if you this rich what you should have is wet kitchen for preparation with even two deep sink attached to the main kitchen and in the main kitchen the sink should definitely not be on the island. No no.
Like most houses with an island sink that small there is also a main sink so I don't get your criticism. Many Nigerians abroad have similar setups and cook Nigerian food. It is also assumptious to assume others don't do serious prep work when they cook.
Alibaba must be making a fortune in Africa. No where in St Lucia would you get such a high class home like this for that price. Only good thing about St Lucia is that you will have an ocean view. You guys designs are way more sophisticated. Maybe you guys buy building materials in bulk. In St Lucia thats 3million dollars easily.
