How can anyone anywhere have an open drug market unless its intentional
It is intentional. The city and the police want them to stay in a minority neighborhood and stay out of their precious white areas. That's why they let it continue.
Philadelphia has had this open air drug market for DECADES! There is zero chance this is possible unless the police, local, and federal government are complicit/ in on it.
Facts !
God bless this women’s compassion and understanding. ❤
So sad we’re losing a whole community to this evil
Yea I'll be devastated to lose the community of drug addicts and homelessness.
@@chrischungyAmen there! 💯
Great 👍😃
@@chrischungy I think they are referring to the neighborhood. Hopefully they are...
i'm from Vancouver Canada and this is quite frightening actually. Because this tranq is making its way here. If this is how it's gonna be we are not prepared. The general population thinks it's bad now, they're in for a very rude awakening. 😢 over the next year Vancouver is gonna look like Philadelphia.
Thank God I am 4 years clean! I say this not to brag or get a pat on the back. But rather, to say to anyone struggling with this horrible disease, there IS hope for you! Are you conscious? Do you have a pulse? If so, you CAN recover. I used to think it was impossible until I heard enough people say it wasn't. I promise there is a life of happiness, fulfillment, and serenity waiting for you if you put the work in. And you won't be "fighting" the urge to use forever either. I used to not be able to go a mere 4 hours without using. Now I go days without even thinking about it! Sometimes I get the occasional, fleeting thought of using, but it passes in seconds and holds no weight at all, it does not effect the rest of my day. The best part is, there is nothing special about me that permitted me to recover. If I can do it, so can you. I used to lie about a great many things, but I live a life of honesty today. And the last thing I'd ever do is promise a struggling addict hope where there is none.
Does Philly have a mayor? They must be in this stuff too
Mayor Jim Kenny and DA Larry Krasner are useless.
The addicts cost the community a lot.
Man …the thing that gets me is the blatant acts of selfishness among the drug users…they just throw their filthy needles on the ground and give each other injections , probably using the filthy needles on the ground…stealing from people or selling themselves to inject themselves with noxious fluids that just do nothing but rot them….I do agree…unless a druggie is gonna ask for help…there isn’t an answer….changing laws maybe…
So sad that civilians have to handle this while the government does nothing
It’s on purpose. They want them dead or locked up to fuel the prison industrial complex. There are so many ways to fix this but the government very deliberately chooses to do nothing.
Notice how no one is talking about the dealers. I wonder why?
Yea well in HS we got drunk and high smoking pot and tripping on L or Mesc. But when we watched the cholos gouging their arms, and then ralphing over the side of the sofa, none of us said. Hey let's do thatshit.
lol
The comments on here are absolutely disgusting. It's so easy to sit on your high horse behind a screen and condemn sick people. However, I do know that no one talks to addicts more violently or more abusively than they speak to themselves.
I was never addicted to anything. I've never done this stuff but I can tell you I've driven through Kensington and witnessed people laugh at these people and it infuriated me. They look down on these people because they have a habit that they picked up somehow. I said they never expected to be in the situation they're in. I can only assume that seeing someone having a hard time makes them feel better about themselves because they're that small or simply dim-witted. Remember if anyone is getting a thrill off of anyone's hardships that says a lot about their character and if I was you I would separate yourself from them. Everyone gets a turn in life
They are junlies. You want to post as if you are better than the rest of us but I bet you haven't offered a single one of these folks a place to stay. GTFOH
They chose that path. People like you who think they are victims are the problem. Why don't you consider the people like that store owner or little kids going to school that have to deal with those monsters in their neighborhood? That's the problem since BLM, everyone wants to side with the criminals.
@user-xg4ym5bh6zkind of like you every time you take your pants off in front of a woman
That's good tbh if the whole world thought I was a loser junkie, It would be a wake up call for me to change. This social pressure acts as a deterrence
@@lrn_news9171 backwards thinking
Heart Breaking for these people. They need housing, medical, food and electric. Our churches should be working with the City or County to provide a safe place for showers. The streets are in desperate need to financially. I just want to make a difference in growing up. God bless everyone 🙏 ❤️
Yeah fr where are the churches in all of this? My dad, a fundamentalist Christian, says that the church should take care of the community…well where are they now??
The Walking Dead, Philadelphia. They will save a fortune on Zombie extras and set creation. Just need a few bodyguards to protect the actors and cameraman.
The bodyguards couldn't have tranq machines . to help calm them down
A human tragedy and I don’t know what the solution is.
The pharmaceutical companies need to held accountable. More than just paying off the problem.
This because of the open borders, open your eyes and stop acting like a sheep.
Pharmaceutical companies aren’t pumping this anymore. It’s pretty much impossible to get pharmaceuticals diverted like it was in let’s say 2006. They’re all overseas manufactured and pumped out in bulk now from foreign countries. Xylazine is just hitting the dope supply super hard right now because it was really underregulated, unexpected, and under the radar before a couple years ago. They’re trying now but it’s rife in the supply line and sitting already here waiting to be mixed in the supply. Now it’s time to look at drug enforcement policies and not pharma companies anymore. It’s time for changes in policies. We’re better off setting up pharmaceutical pipelines to give addicts pure unadulterated products in centers where they can be watched for overdoses and funneled into treatment now at this point.
I feel bad for the business owners and families especially the kids they can't go to the corner store or park because of the needles and excrement everywhere.
The people who are addicted to tranq with open wounds need a mandatory trip to the ER and a psyc ward while you get them ready to get started on suboxone.
it really is time, marshal law + fema camps till they can prove they're people again, they have zero free will at this point whenj they choose to let limbs fall off versus not getting some drug feel for a minute, look into kensington mike, I know kinda vague, bewarned, it is not safe for life if you find the mike im talking about.
EXACTLY! This is probably more affordable for most cities and will change communities for the better.
Law enforcement and drug busts aren't going to get us to the place we want to be. We need both.
Take some of that federal money you all received and build detox centers then get a bunch of cops and force these people into detox for 14 days instead of congesting the criminal justice system and this would give them time to come down and perhaps get a grasp back on their lives. We cannot just keep ignoring it or it will only get worse.
Dream on.
No
I think mandatory detention would have to be a lot longer than 14 days. Probably closer to 90 days. Cravings don't go away after 14 days, not even after 90 days. On top of that, you have to rebuild the lifestyle of an addict to help them develop a healthier concept of life, healthier coping mechanisms and a reconnection with society and people that gives them a sense of purpose and need to stop the drug use and a need to thrive. Rebuilding all of that is so complex and is truly a pound of cure.
Yes I am aware it may take longer but 14 days is plenty enough time to determine if you want to live or if you want to be a zombie roaming the streets like the walking dead, Nothing else is working and jail isn't going to help them and seriously that is just sad they even allowed it to get like that@@LoveForBluebirds
That’s literally just jail
Thank God for the good people of that neighborhood!!! So many of us can learn from that level of empathy. Sad truth about Mexico having a warning ad for visiting Philly. Just Say’n 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸
maybe it will deter illegals from coming here.... oh... nevermind
That's rich
Good on Mexico for making ads warning their people about coming to the US. It’s a worse life for Latinos here.
Their lives their choices
No, unfortunately, most people don’t like living in filth. They have to do their part and contribute to society.
Compassion is a commodity and only worth giving to those who display a sense of self worth. Not for those who spend their days so high that they look like zombies doing yoga.
Bruh are the dealers actually saying “ I got tranq” for sale I don’t understand
This is sad to see humans in this condition, and it's everywhere, that's when you know the end is near, too much crazy stuff going on now.
1000 years ago people thought too that the World comes to the end but there was no tv, newspapers and internet so the information wasn't so quick
Someone should tell them that weed is legal now and it is just a little more expensive than the cheapest junk that they can score with 1/1000 the level of high.
The Gang gets Frank hooked on Tranq
People seem to dont realize this has been going on for 50 years in major cities. The difference is how easy it is to film since the cell phone camera and internet. I dont get why now people are so shocked.
Nah, it's way, way worse now.
If anyone has any questions just ask us here in Puerto Rico we already have been dealing with this since the late 90s
Cool! The neighborhood is heavily Puerto Rican, so they probably brought the idea here with them! Thanks! 🤦♂️
@@luckymanham302 Yeah maybe if the government didn't let the pharmaceutical companies make new addicts then the opioid problem wouldn't be this serious.
But let's blame minorities for the opioid problems because it's easier. 🤷♂️
In West Philadelphia I was born and raised.
Kensington is North Philadelphia
Only the military can clean that up.
You can't force addicts to go to rehab. They have to accept they have a problem and willing to get help.
You're right, but here's the thing. Lots of people want to get into rehab after a dose, but when it wears off and you're sick the desire to do anything but dose again is COMPLETELY gone. It has nothing to do with one's will or lack of will, it's neuroscience.
The biggest problem right now is that these people have nowhere to go they don't have help, they go to jail they might get a few months of treatments and then they get thrown back out again like yesterday's newspaper, it really shouldn't be that way. build them an imitation ecosystem of the society around them, also a safe place free of judgment. And being looked down upon, and they feel confident enough to try the outside world, the landlords & employers in the imitation ecosystem can give references to landlords and employers in the outside world.
some of these people want a second chance but they have no means, society isn't very accepting or understanding, or forgiving.
Remember people: you can get high or drunk but It never solves your problems and I'm writing it as a still fighting alcoholic
Why can’t they put them in a jail where they sober for a long period to sober out
This is spreading bad. I found needles the other day at a car wash. I started looking for them and they were everywhere!
And here I was thinking Philly couldn't get dirtier and worse
🙏🙏🙏
When your happy and you know it clap your hands!
Philly has the best drig
The community is trying there best but ultimately it comes down to the addicts that just won’t change whether they want to or not.
They call it jail for a reason, use it.
Business owners should get out and leave
Just say no it worked for me
Satan is bent on destroying God's creation. Pray pray pray !

Close the border to protect Mexico and Canada, I agree
Bust the drug dealers
It's basically crokodyl
should not be helping these bums
No sympathy. In fact, it's weeding out the trash.
Im from Philly it is lije seeing Zombies 🧟♂️ for real the only difference is they dont attack you. It is sad to see Human beings 😢 in this condition no other country in the World has so many addicted people like America. This is why she is done
Stop giving them narcan
Narcan doesn't work on tranq. This garbage is a self-imposed death sentence.
Sad sad evil demons are taking over your souls

Tranq ain't That bad... c'mon.

Desde el bajio para los grifos de america, de nada.
There's a video short on here from philadelphia that's on a guy's chan, I think raw truth evan, that they should have used. 🤯

More crime coming oh no .. what's happening America...
Phili turning into a zombie state.

TRANQ IS HURTING GOD
They are most likely involved on the drug trade themselves 😂, that's why they stay in a bad place
nobody cares honestly
Lord do much evil, and now people can't get help because their focus on the migrants. Alot of Americans need help.
Dickensian....
This is not an epidemic. An epidemic is an illness, a disease, an involuntary health crisis. These people didn't just wake up one day with an addiction, like it was chicken pox. This is an overabundance of weak minds, brought about by the unfortunate cultural intolerance for shaming trashy people. You see the softening in the words: "wino" became "bum", became "homeless", became "those experiencing homelessness". Tough love is what's needed, and total ostracism if that doesn't work.
understandable that there is no money to help this issue. the money is more important to be used for ukraine and to support illegal migration. #USA-LAST
Supporting n4zis in Ukraine and assisting the invaders 😂
Get it right its not spreading across the country just democratic states
Sure it's spreading, it's just easier to see in cities because people are more concentrated. You want junkies, go to West Virginia, there's more overdose deaths per capita in WV than anywhere else in the United States.
Unfortunately this is not true
@@lrn_news9171 um sadly it's a yes buddy
