    Well, it’s not looking good. Now I have to wait another month for a bike I was suppose to get this week.

    Why are people complaining about your customer services
    I wanted to buy A8 pro max but am now scepticle tbh
    You have bad reviews in regards to your customer support

      I got in on the second preorder for the A8 pro max 52v dual motor. I’ve emailed asking questions about why my order hadn’t shipped(I’ve been getting June and July mixed up since May) they told me it isn’t shipping until July. I also asked if they had a certificate of origin for the bike and they said they didn’t have one. Very straight to the point(but not rude) and doesn’t seem like copy and paste answers like most companies. The only complaint I have, and I’m being very picky here, is that I didn’t get my first response within the 12 hours the website says. All subsequent responses were within the 12 hours.
      Again, I’ve purchased a bike so I can’t speak for the non-sales end. I’m interested to see if they have anything to say to your concern here though.

      Not one issue here... I purchased the bike and followed up with a few questions before I received it and they were responsive and helpful. Great bike - and well built. I've reviewed bike forums on some of the more reputable companies in North America and they too had people complaining about customer service. Point being, most people post about their negative experiences and typically enhance their reality - it's human nature. Not suggesting Apple is the best but look up their forums and the groups out there bashing their service and products. Try not to get caught up in the noise... The only challenge with picking up a bike where the company is based in another country - it's the warranty and repairs. You'd need to source your own repairs - but from what I've been reading (not firsthand) when an issue comes up, they're pretty quick to send replacement parts. So far, I've not needed anything from them post sale. Again - terrific riding experience if you're looking for a moped style ebike. I hope all goes well for you too...
