We started out with Highschool/ middleschool girls because my nieces played. After we helped many of them get scholarships the plan was to then build our Boys program and hand off the girls to other coaches. We decided to stick with girls to help them and help advance the Girls/ Womens game. Even at the AAU level the boys draw is much bigger. It's a hard sell because the boys/men just play at a higher level. So we had to get out and make things happen by fund raising. Money doesn't pop out of thin air. These WNBA players will have to drop their pride/egos and think outside the box if they want to get paid more! Nothings given, they gotta earn it!
