I ordered this on the fifth said it would arrive with 3 to 7 days also a foundation stick I've tried to reach out every way possible and nobody will respond I I never got my tracking number I've tried message on every social media, emails , customer service and even called a lady in new your said she would call me back after I had given orders number and still nothing I'm very disappointed:(
I love this formula but none of them suit my skin tone well. I'm Surratt #8 and medium Dark - South Asian. So it's very disappointing that they are advertised as suiting any skin shade. All the light colours are milky and the dark colours make my dark lips look black. 😓
I love your makeup but I wish that the packaging was different as it is not so easy to travel with 😏

These look beautiful, but I’m extremely disappointed that they contain fragrance ingredients.
For many of us with allergies and sensitivities, it’s just not ‘clean’ enough.
Yeah, kind of shocked that I see parfum/fragrance. Wonder if they will be transparent with what that includes. And then Limonene, Citral, Linalool, and Citronellol...
