Ok. I have the old compact with no hole in the back. It took me 1 hour and sweat & tears to figure it out. I tried with a needle and thin knife to get it out from on top. Nothing. Then I decided to ask my neighbor for a Dremel tool and drill a mini hole in the back. I succeeded in drilling a tiny hole. But, it still wouldn’t pop (push) out with the key tool they included. So I drilled the hole all the way through to the lipstick tray area and used pliers (and force) to pull it out. And lo and behold: looks like there was glue sticking the lipstick tray to the actual red compact. W.A. people: please disclose that the refill only works for the new compact. Thank you. I still love u guys. I’m just glad it worked out at the end. ❤

I do not have the need to use Supreme C yet but I have used the Skin Activator and it really is like nothing else I have tried. It makes my skin behave like its younger self. By this I mean my skin is calm, does not get oily, or get dry through the day. It does have a lifting effect and the more I use it the healthier my skin becomes. It is a hefty price but it does replace many serums I used which were a lot more in total than the cost of this one simple serum. As a person with a multitude of AI conditions, calming inflammation is my core focus when it comes to health. So I appreciate something that does not shock my skin and prevents inflammation as well.

It’s terrifying to have children here. One child- happy to have hired a doula- the doctors and nurses really just didn’t care. Glad to be over childbearing years. Best advice though was the nurse telling me to keep men away from keeping you always pregnant. If people really were peolife-we would have better healthcare for maternity.

My husband bought some perfume from Nordstrom‘s and the person who rung him up, gave him a bunch of samples for him and for me and the sample mascara was one of the gifts I got and let me tell you. I’ve been using the same mascara for the last day, but I’m definitely going to buy this one. It goes on so smooth and light, which allows you to build it as thick as you want. Love love love it.

How can I refill the compact if I can’t even get it open? i’ve been able to get this open three times… And I’ve had it for months. I love the formula and my favorite color is the top shade. I would love to use it more, but the struggle is real. Not sure how the packaging made it past testing. I’ve been on various sites and others are complaining about the same issue… one person on Sephora mentioned that they had to put masking tape on the top and the bottom to pull the compact open. This is crazy.

Yeah extra extra these products are. No matter how much you insist on how effective these are (which is still not proved by the way) or how big you are on skincare, the price and the amount of product you get SIMPLY CANNOT BE JUSTIFIED. This is quite a big turn off. Also, refills for most of your products down the line are not here yet after years of promising. Start focusing on that instead and reconsider because this could definitely be the trigger for the downfall of your brand xx

I think the best thing for her to do is to move out of the country, preferably to any of the 54 countries in Africa. If she wants her son to be and feel safe, moving overseas is the only option for her. America isn’t conducive to raising Black children, unfortunately. 👩🏽
