The weight of the Mustang would of made it close, but the Hellcat would have won. That's definitely a Scatpack or SRT392. 😂

Stock hellcats make 630-670whp & run mid to low 11s in the quarter mile you can run those times with a 10 speed NA FBO GT making 500whp. Coyote family engines can push power throughout their entire rev range vs push rods like LS/LT & Hemi without upgrading the internals. Its not all about who weighs more or less or who makes more power simply a better engine & optimization are big factors.

They do use the same method as like a v8 Ferrari, they are flat plane crank instead of the normal cross plane crank, which allows them to rev high af, I think redline on the GT350 is like 9k
They use a flatplane crank engine just like the Italians. However Ford used a unique firing order. Instead of piston 1 and 4 firing together, pistons 1 and 3 fire together. This makes the GT 350 sound unique. No other car on the planet sounds like it.
The 5.2 voodoo motors only rev to around 8300 rpms unless you have them built maybe. Flatplane cranks are made to be high revving with the power at the top end, hence why all Ferrari and Lamborghini motors use flatplane cranks..

I would say modern manual transmissions, but any car made in the last 50 years has synchros… Also, if for some reason you’re driving a car with an unsynchronized trans, double clutching would probably be slower. The purpose of double clutching is to smooth out shift ands increase longevity of the gears.

That sound just makes me feel so good. Not just revving at a traffic light or under a bridge. Its the sound that exhaust was designed to make when staying in it.
Luckily the GT350 was faster or would have had to stomp the brakes for that car going the speed limit. Also a bit dangerous because allot of people tend to change lanes thinking you want to go straight which can cause serious accident at these speeds!
2nd gear roll. He was in 4th when he made the lane change. He waited to shift after the lane change. He was redlined in 4th gear. He had to let off a little. You can hear it. After lane change he got back on it shifting to 5th. Because he knows how to drive.

2nd gear roll. He was in 4th when he made the lane change. He waited to shift after the lane change. He was redlined in 4th gear. He had to let off a little. You can hear it. After lane change he got back on it shifting to 5th. Because he knows how to drive.
