PORK STEAK | BISTEK TAGALOG RECIPE | HOW TO COOK BISTEK TAGALOG | Pepperhona’s Kitchen

The classic Bistek Tagalog recipe uses beef but for my version of this recipe, I am going to use pork.
👉🏻Bistec- a Spanish loan word derived from the English words “beef steak “
👉🏻It is a type of Filipino beef Stew marinated in soy sauce and kalamansi juice.

Bwahahaha...inarange pa ginulo rin nong pahiran ng paminta. Pinatagal tagal mo pa pag lagay ng paminta toyo at kalamansi. Paghalo-haloin muna lahat at saka mo lamasin at ibabad kahit 30mins. lang. Inartehan mo pa para tumagal bwahahaha..pareho rin magiging lasa.
