Cozy Dalton Farm Build for 2024 - Fallout 4

Dalton Farm is the only settlement that the Sole Survivor actually owns and for 2024 want it to be just a cozy place to relax. The basic idea is to protect the surroundings very well and have a cozy spot to relax. For me a cozy spot is a place with a beach view, wood fire, good company and a near bar :)
Dalton Farm is located in the Far Harbor DLC.
