What a vibe !!! This year, Brussel Danst Dance Battle was centered around the concept of vibration.
In street dances, vibrations serve as a language, carrying around messages like 'where from' and 'what next'.
The energy vibrates through the music and the bodies of the cypher participants. In one big circle, a number of smaller circles form, bouncing off one another and amplifying the energy.
Vibrations also keep the culture alive over time. Cultural practitioners pass on knowledge to the next generation, guided by the principle of « each one teach one ».

Hello, this is TLAW, let me be clear. The judges' decision must be respected, they have more legitimacy than anyone in the comments. There's no beef between us and if you're often at events you'll see that we all dance together in cypher, we know each other well and we love and respect each other as artists and humans. It's important not to get carried away and to enjoy discovering other artists. Today Karim and I won, tomorrow we'll lose, that's the game. You have to respect the artists and the game.

It seems right from the start, the man in blue was dismissive of the first dancer, which kind of took away some energy for me. For some it adds energy, but to me, it felt disrespectful. It's not like Caine wasn't doing a good job. 🙆🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ I liked both 1st rounds aside from the beef
