Before i begin i have a holding of 280 equity shares priced at rs.1980 which is 5,54,400 which i bought when nazara debuted in Indian stock market and now showing a loss of rs.1,28,316. I was keen on listening to the entire video specially after clsa target of 1095. My observations:
Nitish looks to be honest and seems to be following his father footsteps Mr.Vikash ji who i feel is good man with lot of moral values when i heard him last time.
One sentence which struck me the most of Nitin is : "Although i have 20 percent stake in Nazara but Nazara is my life (something like that).
I hope Nazara proves clsa wrong this time and goes past their listing day;s high and be a investor friendly share(like issue bonus / spilt / dividend) which will give confidence to its investor and attract lot of other investor as well
i have also this share at price of 1900

One input if you may want to consider - Tejas is hard core research guy and your interviews will unearth more if you guys can ask equal number of questions. Currently the interview had more questions from you and most questions had a similar flavour. This is natural and will happen with almost everyone. Great session as always. I believe we need more sessions in the same industry to understand it completely . Promoters had not divulged any risk associated. Why their share holding in less in Nazara ? What if RJ will sell its stake and liquidity will be too much in market? What will happen with entry of Global leaders with long history and content IP?
