New Control Arm from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1ASRU00020
This video shows you how to install new control arms in your 2003-2011 Honda Element. Control arms are a crucial part of the suspension system of your vehicle. They not only carry the load of the vehicle to the wheel, but they typically also maintain its alignment. Control arms are typically large and strong, so you may be surprised it needs replacing. They contain rubber bushings for smoother rides at the cost of eventual wear. When those bushings run out, that can have a negative impact on the ride and safety of your vehicle.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:

Very good explanation and in a simple english...Slowly but sure Sir..Thanks a lot..
!!!ATTENTION!!!
The nuts on my 2006 were spot welded. I had to remove the bolts. Learner the hard way on the first one.
Should this get the rear camber alignment where it should be on an 06 Honda CRV with those adjustable upper control arms?
Is the rear strut out as this replacement is happening?
Thanks, could you guys make a video of how to replace the lower bushing?
I will look up the torque specs but I assume, since you said nothing for the back side, that both bolts are 69 foot pounds?
Wow, that rust😮
Super.👍🇺🇦
What were the symptoms requiring new upper control arms? Thanks for video very useful.
Is the same set for Honda crv 2007 also?
I'm free India

ATTENTION: WHEN PRELOADING THE SUSPENSION FOR APPLYING TORQUE BE CAREFUL NOT TO LIFT THE VEHICLE TOO MUCH, DOING SO CAN TIP THE VEHICLE OFF THE LIFT OR JACKSTANDS!!!
