New videos every weekend and once this house is complete we have more big and exciting projects coming up!
Video is very well done; succinct, informational, no excess bloviating to have to suffer through. Many videos contain too much unnecessary stuff, which i will not suffer through. This one is well done!
Thank you very much!
The beadboard looks good 👍 I've always wanted to do that to kitchen ceiling. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you!
I think you did a great job. You inspired me to do my ceiling w/beadboard. I subscribed and looking forward to viewing more of your projects. Take care.
Thank you! Post a video when it's done, I would love to see how yours comes out.
You need a bigger battery. I had the same problem. Went with a bigger battery and it works fine now.
Nice! I will give that a try. Thank you
I had the same damn trouble with my ryobi brad nailer. It never did one nail properly. Not once. Makita all the way.
Yes! Been a couple years of use and makita's are working perfectly
I relate: I'm about to put a new can-less light way too close to the 1X4 trim. Ugh....wth.
Did you use glue at all on this or just nails? What size nails did you go with?
Hey thanks for watching. I didn't use glue, just nails and I used 1-1/2 Brad nails 18 gauge
Why not nail directly to the floor joist?
I wanted to nail right to the 2x8 but I was concerned that since the beadboard sheets were so thin they would have humps in them and the seams would stick out. So that's why I decided to go with nailing strips first to give the sheets a straighter surface to nail to.
How much the job cost
I think about 400 in materials.
