haven’t seen a generational two way but i’ve been getting crazy development on my prospects like +15 to +25 on attributes. I love it it’s so much more realistic
Quick tip for you, when offering contracts, check what their desired role is. When you resigned Amir Garrett for $2 million, his role was set to "depth". If you changed his role to "bullpen", it increases his interest and you can save a bit of money. Sometimes hitters will have their role set to "platoon" and you can change it to "everyday".
I'm currently doing a Pirates rebuild and based on the roster I used, the creator might hate the Pirates, because I completely tore it down. Also, regarding the Shows game logic, I feel like progression is too much based on production. Less than perfect circumstances for a player can destroy potential. No prospect will develop beyond 73 in AAA with high enough stats to properly judge their MLB viability. i.e. AAA Ace with a 4.6era but 76 OVL, 96 potential, all the major stats being high and consistent and balanced. Perfect top, young, high end prospect who can't win AAA games. It sucks burning a minor league option on that guy who could be either an Ace in 2 years, but might need some more time in AAA, or a low end starter or LR guy, but the game dose not follow the same logic. It's hard to figure out when you bring prospects up. SS/2B with good fielding but poor hitting stats and ratings, gets to the MLB and either hits 300 or 179 depending on the simulation chance. Equal ratings and they could either fail or succeed. I guess that's a good thing, but getting to that level of immersion point with a prospect feels slapped together and inconsistent, and lacking enough detail to be as impactful as it is. RttS and franchise should have more overlap in the artificial intelligence equation. Applying personality to simulation sports games is the next step.
I don't really watch baseball. Never really been interested in it or MLB The Show but I had to watch this just to see one of my high school buddies in this game. Good stuff man.
I have 2 questions. Could you do a Fantasy Draft rebuild and could you maybe rebuild the Reds next. Thanks and keep up the great work. Also doing a rebuild where you can’t use the Draft and you have to let the CPU do the draft would be fun to watch.
I went to school and had a class with Hayden Birdsong at Lake Land College (JuCo) in Illinois. This is so interesting and cool to see him recognized in a roster on MLB THE SHOW. Lol

I would love to see a video where you rebuild and you have to make random trades and random drafts! Love the videos!
Videos are always so chill, so awesome. Thanks bro.

Man the giants had two of my favorite prospects that didn’t work out for them, really liked Joe Bart and hunter bishop!

C potential for Matos is criminal
St. Louis Cardinals next PLEASE‼️ we need some AntOrtiz in our life. We look rough
Thank you for the Sf video
Great signing for the giants
Why is Yohandy Morales in the Giants system. He’s in the Nationals system and is one of our better prospects
Trevor Rogers is actually a SP. His position needs to be changed.
