I calculate inflation like this: Last year 1 avocado cost $.68. Two weeks ago same avocado cost $1.28. That is a 100% increase. Inflation is NOT in the single digits and we all know it.
Here in Toronto, Canada it is $2.5
Used to get milk at Walmart and Aldi's for $0.98 a gallon. Last paid $3.62. Similar story with eggs. I'm lucky I have a Piggly Wiggly in town that puts out marked down meat. $2.99 for ground round and sirloin. Previously half that. Price of chicken has doubled also.

Look at where the USA ranks globally on education. Yes there are some bad parents out there. You cannot blame what's going on solely on the parents when they send their child to school everyday for their entire childhood to learn how to think and equally critical is the history of tyrannical governments, our responsibility and duty to not only our own country but the importance of being a positive role model and defending freedom worldwide, and the utmost preservation and respect to our constitution and bill of rights. If you're not aware, it is the content of conservative nobodies like everyday average parents trying to get their message out there that is being censored, shut down, and deemed criminal... While celebrities, influencers, musicians and artists, politicians and even TEACHERS have no boundaries on what they are allowed to put in the minds of children and society as a whole. I know several people who raised their kids right only to have their school brainwashed them and tell them their parents and grandparents are ignorant and their ideas are outdated. The same thing happened to me when I was a kid and was trying to tell my grandpa what I was learning in school. I thought he was losing his mind and didn't remember what really happened. I didn't understand back then why he was so mad... Until I realized what is being taught in school today and what the truth really consists. I recently retired from a long career as a farmer. We ran two primary field tractors. One had 500 gallon fuel tanks and one had 190 gallon fuel tanks. 700 gallons times $6/gal for diesel is $4,200/per fillup. A couple of times I filled those tanks twice a day. Fertilizer has went up exponentially. Other farm chemicals up as well. I wonder if there will be any inflation in food prices?

And the taxpayer, even educated in finance cannot do their own taxes without errors. The CPA's are now so overworked they refuse customers or charge HUGE fees to have your taxes done.

When the Union troops captured the confederate mint, the south could not print money. Inflation went down for those few weeks. When the confederates started printing money again, inflation was back up there. Does anyone see a parallel here?

Trump hasn't been in office for 2 years meaning he has ZERO power at the moment outside of money. And his money isn't infinite.
And oil companies would drill more because they would want to sell more oil to make more money. Higher prices means people buying less oil. People buying less oil means lower profits for the companies.
This is 100% due to Biden's irresponsible and frankly down right idiotic energy policies.

And then what? People should be doing stuff now. If our respective Representatives were to propose something that would help everyone, then push it out to the public, and then we (left, right, and center unite) show up in the streets by the 10's of millions (maybe even 100's of millions) to peacefully protest to demand change by opening our pipelines and closing our border to start... It might be worth an attempt at least. Why should we have to sit and wait while we watch everything crumble around us? Our leaders need to lead us though. People need direction and hope that something can be done. It's not really far-fetched since the majority of people think we are going in the wrong direction and it is affecting everyone regardless of political standing. Everyone is sick of it.
