Garlic Onion Burgers
1 pounds ground beef
a quarter piece of onion finely chopped
3 to 4 cloves of garlic finely minced
1 teaspoon steak burger seasoning(i used famous dave's brand)
Butter slices
Sliced cheese
Other toppings and condiments
hamburger buns
In a large bowl mix ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, burger seasoning together, mix well.
Divide ground beef into balls and press them into patties(big or small, think or thin however you like your burgers to be.
Fry patties in a skillet with alittle oil(my ground burger meat was lean so I needed the oil).
Fry till burgers are brown on both sides and cooked to your desired doneness..
Now while the burgers are still in the skillet turn off heat to the burner.
And add a little pieces of butter on top of each patty in the skillet, then top with your cheese slices, and left the butter and cheese melts.
Now take your hamburger buns and other toppings and condiments build your burgers they way you desire, and enjoy.

Honey I put garlic in just about every meal garlic is my go to seasoning,I buy the jar of minced garlic from Aldi 👍🏾

Have you ever tried mayo and ketchup mix. It's pretty good and I'm not even a huge fan of ketchup.
Try mayo and cholula hot sauce mixed together to dip your fries in 😋 yum

I’ve found that if you do want Sara is doing to incorporate the added ingredients you end up with a patty that’s got the texture of sausages but I’ve found a really cool way to incorporate ingredients into minced meat and I use my hand like a rake , and not overly or your going to have texture of a sausage so using a raking method and going in a circular motion until it’s just mixed and you’re gonna have a beautiful texture patty

Hi Sara. You know, during your video, there was this old man skulking about behind you and I think he was up to no good. First, he went into your refrigerator (7:35) and grabbed your insulin, and then went back a second time (11:37) and took your jar of mayonnaise. If I were you, I'd check both items for some sort of tampering. Luckily you have video evidence for any potential police investigation.

Sara! Have you thought about doing some food reviews? Maybe some of the budget brands at Wal Mart, Dollar Tree, or Aldi? Not sure what stores you have where you live. Steak& Shake has delicious butter burgers we have one about 45 minutes away from where I live I usually eat one there with fries and a mint milkshake and order a burger or two to go they are just that good 🤗
