My perspective Vinay & Raj is that the lakers need a legit backup PG & if they move Austin to starting PG, a starting SG. Furthermore, they need an additional wing who can defend & hit shots, and a starting center to move AD to the 4, plus a backup center, I'm not sold on bamba who is a foul magnet & his Def awareness & IQ is atrocious. Imo, those areas if corrected are the difference to them winning a championship. I personally don't believe they're very close but they are not far, but we'll see. I agree toughness is a key Ingredient they need. Lastly, I'm for the 2 all stars & great supporting cast system with good to great roles players. Issue though is our stars not only being available but the hidden aspect most folks ain't talking about is our stars being tired out by the 4th qrt & not consistently showing up so a 3rd star like derozen with a decent contract may help considering its alleged that bulls are shopping lavine & considering a rebuild. Looking forward to the off-season. We're already hearing things & been since lakers season ended in POs.
