Levels are surrounded by instakill borders, but Phantom lets you go onto them. From that point, going right brings you a row down on the left border.
Text was pushed by rock and was Move so it formed Baba Is You out of bounds

Is there any way to access the "is" level in dispute? If you can't, does it include any level data at all?
No, since there is no cursor or select text.

I am also not sure on many of those, but I'll try to explain.
08 - ijk
When trying to write an explanation, I came across this page on the Baba Is You wiki:

So yeah, that's helpful to read. Basically when text is phantom, if a piece of text which is already on the rightmost column ("BABA" here) can move right twice through the level border, it will "wrap around" and be able to spell a sentence with some other text on the leftmost cells of the next row.
07 - deallocate
I don't know why exactly, but when "NOT ALL IS GROUP" (meaning that empty and text is group), "GROUP IS GROUP" turns empty into text, even though this should have been prevented by the implicit "EMPTY IS EMPTY" (for that matter, even an explicit "EMPTY IS EMPTY" doesn't prevent this). One exception I've found in testing is that, if the word "TEXT" has ever appeared in the level, then this will no longer work, not even after undoing the creation of "TEXT" (but it will work again after restarting the level). I don't know if there are other exceptions.
06 - reroll
The idea seems to be that, when something is only seldom you, and you push any text with your movement, you cause the game to reparse the rules, which means you get to "reroll" whether any specific object is you. So a rock can move onto a wall as you, yet not get defeated since it is no longer you when "DEFEAT" is checked.
05 - dispute

This seems to be just the "Time Travel Trick" mentioned in the link. To quote the page: "If units are destroyed, then you undo their destruction, their relative update order may have changed. This means that doing and then undoing moves can be part of a puzzle's solution!"
04 - 4' _4♄ $_
If you open this level with the level editor and check the properties of the letter "E", you will found that its text type is changed to 0 (noun). Therefore, the game parses "BABA MAKE E" as a valid sentence. However, there is no object named "E" in the object list for the level, so the game instead creates an error object:

Which is importantly not named "E", so "E IS WIN" does not work, but "NOT E IS WIN" do. (The wiki page seems to be wrong though: The error object *is* included in "ALL" as long as the game reparses rules after an error object is created, i.e. after you move any text.)
Incidentally, I also noticed that in this level the flag, the rock, and the wall have their names changed to "text_a", "text_b", and "text_c" respectively in the level editor, although I'm not sure if that has any significance.
03 - the classic that started it all
Just a nice minimal glitchless level. I guess "the classic" may be referring to the Sokoban puzzle game genre?
02 - in your walls
I have no idea how this works, but it is obvious that there is some text outside the level boundary (I wonder if the creator used some hex editing), and the undo function probably isn't prepared to deal with this situation. Also, the word "BOUNS" is not in this level's object list, but it somehow exists (initially invisible) in the out-of-bounds cell that is three columns right of "YOU". The circle thing in the lower right corner is also weird: When searching by tag in the object list, the level editor says it's a "word - quality" (which means words like "YOU", "WIN", "PUSH", etc.), and when I right click on it in the object list to try to see its properties, a lua error pops up, and then the level editor softlocks.

Again, I have no idea. The object with the "error" sprite is actually a cursor, but that seems to be not even important; apparently as long as I put any non-text object in the level, it will do. What happens is that when I do any move, then undo, the rule "ALL IS DONE" magically appears in the pause menu, then doing any move will trigger the ending (TIL that "ALL IS DONE" needs at least one object that counts as "ALL" to function).
00 - Ø
I guess this is a "because I can" level. It is interesting that this level name caused the game to display the entire line "level 0: Ø" on the pause menu in a different font than normal!
I wrote a long reply trying to explain (although I'm also not sure) and apparently CZcams didn't display it because it contained some links (to the Baba Is You wiki). Sadge.
