Ingredients :
Black urad dal - 1 cup (200g)
Channa dal - 1/2 cup (100g)
black Sesame seeds - 1/4 cup (50g)
Red Chillies - 36 no.
Kashmiri Red Chillies - 12 no.
asafoetida - 2 small pieces
Curry leaves - 1 handful (1/2 cup )
Rock salt - 1 & 1/4 tbsp
Oil for roast chillies - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
