I know I'm late but summer weather in San Diego was so blahhh...mostly overcast and inly fe weeks of sun. Here on the coast anyway.

Yes I watched your podcast about your parents. I'm soooo sorry that I didn't realize anything 😞 Ughm, I know that you lost your mother and she was a pretty person. I never have known what it feels like not to be loved. I lost my dad back in 2017 and he waited too late and passed away from colon cancer. He was everyone's fixer. I think 4 months before he died my mom was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. Three months after my dad died I had to spend 30 days in St Louis. I didn't want to but I had to . And at the same time my brother was watching my cats with his feet rotting off ! That's not all but I do understand what you are saying because life never seems fair. I do think that I had a much better childhood than you because I have always had a mom, dad, and many other family members for me that you didn't have and I am sorry for that.

For Robin there is more of a story here than being gay. I want to know how she left the Hasidic culture, her relationship with her family and her faith.
