This is exactly the kind of airpark we're trying to avoid. Super rich, snobby pricks with jets. Might as well live in LA...

Sounds like you live there. Can’t you all coexist? Seems a pilot is a pilot. Unless those LA guys have professional pilots fly their planes. Then I’d tend to agree with your statement at face value!

“Super rich, snobby pricks”….. sounds like you have a hatred for judgmental people…… since I presume you don’t know a single person that lives here it sounds like you are being pretty judgmental ….. so I guess you must really hate yourself.

@@alanaldpal950 - Been a pilot most of my life, and have never met a jet owner that wasnt an arrogant ass.
Rather hang with the cessna and piper crowds...
Judgemental ? Sure. We all are. We experience things in life, hopefully learn from them, and take that knowledge and apply it in the future. Thats the cycle. Is there a jet owner that ISNT an ass ? By the numbers, Id have to say yes. Unfortunately, I havnt met him...

@@hippiewithacowboyhat Well miss Hippie, I own a Single Engine (prop) plane so do you want to hang with me? I have to warn you though that if I could afford a jet I would get one so there would be no long term future for us 🙄. So I wonder if jet owners were asses before owning one or they turn in to one after buying one. Take care

@@alanaldpal950 - I think it's bred into them from birth, personally.
I've worked hard for just about everything I've ever had. When younger, 70 hour weeks were the norm.
That said, I could afford a jet at this stage, just have no use for one, and couldn't justify the expense by any stretch.
The most lavish expense I have is a Mercedes, and I sometimes feel like a Toyota Camry would have been more appropriate. I'm not a show off type.
So, to answer, if you had a jet, we probably wouldn't work out. My C182 gets me to where I go just fine, and I don't need another 2000' to get her down.
Good luck to you though !
