Hey Chris, nice review. Definitely like the variety of options now in mesh. I think the Divine 9 option they have is by far the most intriguing. I’ve done two heads with the 9 Rhombus and what you said is spot on...it is More like normal 10 d than force 10 rhombus, but you still need to be creative in your pattern...which I love. As long as you are willing to tinker and dial in your pocket, you can get good performance. One thing I have noticed about the divine 9 is how smooth the release is. I like a bit more whip, so I found I needed to bunch a few more diamonds where I wanted my sweet spot to be...and once I did that I really loved the feel. Nice smooth release on passes, but a good catch point for snappy shots.
As a stringer of 30 years I couldn't care less about colours but these guys offer a range of mesh types to suit anyone. my only issue is not really an issue, but for anything other than standard 10 hexagon mesh you need a bit of stringing experience in order to end up with a great pocket. I found that the 10d rhombus mesh worked best in heads with the most sidewall holes. Just about to try their 6, 7, 8 and divine 9 rhombus and I am excited to see what they will give me.
Hey Chris how do you feel about 6d mesh? I consider myself a decent stringer and strung mark 2t with a mid pocket and a really nice channel and its slowly growing on me. I wanted to get experimental and found that larger diamonds give more feel, hold, and some whip with that hold. There is not that much theory or people that use larger diamond. They definitely have their pros and cons. Due to my test of mesh sizing i have found a new interested to how whip from travel vs slope angle feel very different. You should really do a theory video on that because it can really help explain how (for example) take a head with a bottom rail thats a basic curve favoring a mid pocket then you could put a mid high or a mid low pocket and you can get similar whip levels yet can feel drastically different but still throw the same. -PS i love your vids
Fiber2g is the lightest goalie mesh on the market right now. Definitely surpassed grizzly for sure. I've strung up at least 100 of them in 5 different heads. You should definitely try it. I could send you patterns.
While Fiber 2G is lighter than Grizzly 1, I'm pretty sure Grizzly 2 is still lighter, but I'll have to double-check. Fiber is 60 grams, and I think 2S came in around 55 grams when I weighed it...pretty nominal but I'll follow up
I just got a DNA head and I cant find a pattern that doesn't cause the mesh to fold really weird. Is it because the mesh im using was strung in a different head and used for a while?
Please do a women’s mesh theory video/ series. It would be much appreciated
Yesss I've been waiting for a review on the mesh dynasty

Yes, I’d would like info on woman’s stringing, been hitting up epoch for help to restring her purpose with their new 3D mesh, no luck as of yet.

Hi Chris: What great mesh options and great Minnesota map on your sweatshirt.
Check out Homegrown Lacrosse: Great organization with a great logo!

@@mainelymesh it's definitely lightrr than grizzly 2 I have weighed them myself. But please give me your input when you can.
I would live to see some mesh for ladies head strung up and hear your theory about it.
I string 100 or so women's sticks a season with mesh to answer your question.
Yes to the ladies

I had no problems with force hex until it got wet. It’s very inconsistent in the rain in my opinion.
Any plans to do a SK Mark 2G tutorial???
Wish more companies did headstrong heads also bone colored heads
How many diamonds would you use with the force rhombus?
Please do the same thing just for women’s mesh pocjets
Hey chis what would be a good pocket pattern for a d-pole who uses the ecd dna
