Wow. My old school had a proper theatre. Full backstage with electric curtains, electric winches for the lighting rails, about 30 different lights above the stage and about 70 different lights above the seating and on the wall. Even had a control room at the back of the room with a clear view of everything. It was great, nobody knew we were there. Was just ridiculous. Shame I couldn't really look at everything, I couldn't get to the server room which housed everything except the boards. I wish I wasn't a student now. :(
Great video, I wish there were more like this on CZcams. I do envy schools with a proper theatre setup. The stage for our main auditorium also functions as the school canteen and you can imagine the problems that brings.
This is very... amateur. How many students at that school? My school as 600, and probably a lot less money than you but we still have 30+ lights, two zero88 Chili packs, Philips Dynalite and 12 Martin Audio speakers with a 1kw sub under the stage. A far cleaner and easier to diagnose system in half the space, we have everything in one rack.

Elliott Mo I haven't made any videos yet but I might do on my Hamish Weir account (I use both even though I try to use just one).
My school is like yours and we have a follow spot we built a small wooden platform in the middle of the auditorium and that hold our follow spot
