Hey Charlie I am also from New Orleans, I am 60 yrs old and was born at Sara Mayo Hospital I know that Sara Mayo does not exist today but it is nice to see a young brother doing vids, my parents moved to Ohio in the mid 1960's and that is where I grew up but I love your vids. I lost my mom in 2014 and my aunt in 2020 because of covid. Both were GRTEAT people, my aunt was a Katrina survivor AND a breast cancer survivor. They would have LOVED to seen your vids. this is the one I been waiting for! I don't cook a lot chicken in oils, either baked, grilled and cooked in a oven bag. This is where I get my inspiration from cooking 🍳 videos every now and then I may watch Dinners Drives and Drive 🚗 ins 😋 but this is my cooking show. back in the late 80s I love watching Justin Wilson and his stories.

I can tell it was delicious because u really pounded that table lol. When I make my bake chicken I cover It with foil then remove the foil in the end so it can brown. It makes a gravy which I love. Thanks Charlie😊
