Jank weather. Small indie company can't fix freeze on spawns since months now, so I'm not spending more than 30 mins on this with all its hitlag RNG and being on 120 fps with this stupid stutter as well. I wanted to try other variants I had in mind, but nope, I'm done. Also had faster runs but no kill at the end, and I want to play something else, so that's it for now. Might retry later.
Some footnotes to help make this less painful:
1. Evade slightly to the right with CN at the start; otherwise, you'll encounter problems proccing her QTE from the elf reset.
2. At the start, you can spam mouse click on HTR to get her on the field faster (yes, the mouse is always a faster action in this game, whether it's a swap or active, etc..). So, it saves some time.
3. Pause for the SP pack; even if you don't pick it up instantly, it makes the chances of it going to andromeda less common, and you can pick it with HTR without losing time.

If you mean the swap action itself, you need to QTE lag cancel once she gets on the field via doing a basic. It doesn't need to execute; just make sure you hit A once she's on the field so you can perform another action, whether it's using her active to change stance, swapping her out, etc..
