I tried multiple ways to do this run and settled on this approach because it's very consistent and can be executed successfully 100% of the time, even if you get 1mm'd at the end. There's a slightly easier variant for P1 where you don't perform the LV combo and settle for one slash, but since I wanted to keep the run within S0 LV range, this way will do.
PS: You absolutely shouldn't empty the whole fire bar at the start of P2; otherwise, it will take ages to regenerate. If you're overkilling no matter what, cancel the elf until you get LV in or turn off your fire gene limit.
A couple of things you can change, whether it's for lack of damage or easier clock time:
1- Do one slash and then LV charge in P1. You'll be missing some SP for P2 ult, but that's okay since you can cover it by doing basics while waiting in transition since it's very long, and it's more than enough.
2) At the end, you can settle for an HTR active instead of transformation and QTE FV instead. You'll do way more damage, but this one is pretty tight on the clock. Or just do LV slashes and get FV in directly.
3- If you're still lacking damage for Benares P2, you can delay the HP pack pick-up until the transition countdown is at 5-4, and you'll still get the regen buff. It's not as bad as Rime or AKA since it drops very far, and you can do this consistently.
