    You should get the clear valve cover for the non hemi! I think it would look awesome and make the engine look more “custom”. It’s on go power sports

      Yeah I was going to get it but when the motor starts up all the oil gets on it and it doesn’t look very good lol. This is a older video but I now have the billet aluminum one

    And one more thing you never showed how u got the bolt to spec I know it’s 75 foot pounds but how did you hold down the other side of the crankshaft

    • @Guido19
      @Guido19  Před 2 lety +3

      I actually didn’t need to hold down the crankshaft. The nut just tightened for me.

      I had the same issue, I didn't have anything to hold it to tighten it down.. I ended up using a screwdriver, stuck it in between the fan/fins part of my billet flywheel and did it that way.. not sure if that's right, or if it tighten right either.. but my torque wrench clicked and it seems tight so we will see 🤣

    @JNC1973 Před 2 lety +1

    Yes this is a good how to video but just one note when you go to tighten that nut back on that holds the flywheel in place I've heard you should use a Torque Wrench for that and Torque it to 54 Foot Pounds. Guess as a safety precaution to make sure it's on there real good. I'm about to order myself one of these as well and install it on my 196cc Mini Bike Engine but can I ask you where you got the LED headlight from ? I will need some kind of lighting kit and a way to power them once I install the Billet Flywheel and I have no clue who sells them ? Thanks !

      Thank you bro!!! Yeah off camera I torqued it down to some specs I found on some forms. They sadly discontinued my light. I just made a light set up video recently you can check out👍🏼🤙🏼

    Is it mandatory to use a torque wrench when putting the flywheel nut back on?

    • @Guido19
      @Guido19  Před rokem +1

      Yes I would highly recommend using one for sure. In this video I didn’t I just use a impact gun and just impacted it on there and it has held up great and no issues. But if you do torque it you will need a tool to hold the crank so it doesn’t move
