- Niko Bellic and his Charger are back, this time kicking ass, getting into trouble and trolling cops like never before!
After months of trying to get this off the ground, it's finally done.
For those that want to download this video, try this link:

I do everything in the single player mode! No multiplayer with all the mods I have installed!
Pretty much the longest, most intense machinima I've made. Really, I think this beats the first Hard Charger on all levels. Yes, the first one was way more random, but Wide Open is much more coordinated, steady-paced, and ballsy. I r so proud :D
I use many mods in this video, but to get the graphics looking that good, I use this ENB Series Config:
www.gtagaming.c...
I also make full use of the Simple Native Trainer V5.2. Here is the newest version:

I hope you enjoy, and please leave a comment and rate it!
Today this vídeo make 12 years
Yeeeeeee
New one is almost here ;)
@@RisingJake I just randomly thought to check this out today, I was not expecting it to get remastered. What a pleasant surprise! Always love the Driv3r vibes in this video.
I noticed the mixing of sound effects could do with some fixing as well. If you want a pro for the job? I got a home studio and have 10 years of experience. It'd be no problem for me to patch it up. Let me know
Nice grammar

We need a remastered version of this masterpiece!
on it
I don't care how old this video is or what game it is it's still my absolute favourite video on youtube
+Angry Death Truck Dude thanks for that :)
If you made it on GTA 5 it could be promising
Yes
Rene just watched the video by the original creator and now I am watching it again
Just 10 years before this video was uploaded, an animated sequence like this would have cost a studio hundreds of thousands of dollars (to do from scratch). In 2011, you could do it on a $2400 PC using a $30 copy of a what was a 2 year old game at the time of this video's upload and some modding. Now, just 4 years later, a director's mode is built into the game (GTA 5) and you can easily do something like this in 1080p on a $600 PC. So, in 15 years, we go from not being able to do this without an expensive animation team to doing it on a $2400 PC to doing it on a PC that is 1/3rd the price with probably the same or better graphics processing power.
Great point, sir. It's fantastic to be able to make such videos with the tools provided, and I am grateful for the opportunity to express my loves in such a medium. Without the games and tech these videos wouldn't exist!
You're lying
The tech is reaching its peak. The evolution is slowing down drastically
10 years. Wow, that went pretty quick.
Yeah i guess it did
A true classic, from a freer era of CZcams. Thanks for creating it man.
3,000,000 views, wow people. Thanks for your support, I'm still alive and well :)
Galewalion
Human Step - Yoko Kanno :)
Sure thing man...you put in a lot of hard work and I think you deserve more views than this...this level of talent can take you places bro...good luck.
Yeah, this is one of my favourite GTA videos of all time. if only GTASA had a video editor like GTA IV :(
Oh and what song is that on 11:20? That intro is awesome!

OMG nice Video :D
Even when I saw it back 10 years ago. The chase music was still stuck in my head and the semi trailer scene too
Wow i was 11 when i first watched this...it was so deep in my memory but this was why for a long time my favourite car was a Dodge charger...i just could never remember why until i found this again
I don't wanna be the police officer who has to write the case file for this mess.
Thanks! Since you asked so nicely, in order:
Move Over - Teddybears STHLM
Ride on Technology - Yoko Kanno
Sleepyhead - the pillows
Henchmen Ride - Testament
Yakitori - Yoko Kanno
Human Step - Yoko Kanno
That Is not a GTA IV gameplay it's a real movie scene .
Great work Cool.
is on pc its so realistic cuz of mods
This should of won awards man... That comedic exchange after the pileup was golden too.
This is legitimately one of the first videos I ever watched on CZcams, such a nostalgia trip 💙
Holy shit this is a classic! I remember when this first came out and it made me realize something about 3D animation - that not every scene is in one go. Till this day I still specifically remember at 2:34 when some dude gets absolutely rekt by Niko and the car gets bloodstained; yet at 2:53 the car is cleaned. And this made me wonder (at the time) if this wasn't actually shot in one go. I'm currently learning how to develop video games and also 3D animations (cutscenes) and wanted to know if I could maybe remake this at some point? As like a tribute or something for being one of the first few amateur 3D animation 'film' makers to make me want to do this kind of stuff as well. Not that being an amateur is bad or anything.
MY YT finally recommended something awesome! 9 years before... Damn This is Incredible! I can watch this again and again!
Niko: "Why are all the cars chrome?"
Roman: "Everything is chrome in GTA 4!"
Niko: "Impossible! He's lying!"
(Sees the introduction)
Niko: "He's right!"
Roman: "Of course I'm right!"
(Niko goes into fetal position)
Niko "GTA 4!"
Dayum the music the car the drama the storyline the dialogue everythig is a classical masterpiece brings so many memories back like the dukes of hazzard (because of the charger)
+daxter740 Thanks a bunch for appreciating my work, daxter!

@@RisingJake ohh I've seen when came out i love it i just realized you made both but your films and movies are amazing I'd be cool if you could make a movie in GTA 4
I loved this video back in 2012 and I still love it great work!
+DemonzRage Thanks for the support, man!
One of my favorite videos of all time
OMG DRIV3R MUSIC! How I loved this game! I just realised! haha
I don't think Liberty City was expecting this kind of action after Niko's arrival..., just to visit his cousin Roman :-D
Great movie!
Lmfao im 9 years late but its *STILL GREAT*
Michael Bay has nothing on you dude. This is masterful. Perfect '70's chase music and everything. 5/5
As awesome as it is (and boy is it awesome) what's sad is that it can't be redone in GTA V. The physics are nowhere near as good and the damage models aren't the same. But thankfully, we have this absolute beast of a masterpiece to remind us of better times!
I do reckon GTA 4 could be fired up and I'd probably make something leagues better than what was done in the day, but I'm already through considerable effort making its spiritual successor in V, so that's all she wrote on that particular topic.
@@RisingJake You make amazing stuff regardless, so I'm looking forward to it!
I was looking for this video for over 4 years!
Ah the nostalgia ...Driv3r was a good game and my first game which I played on PS2.Them memories
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY HARD CHARGER!!!
Haha, not quite yet! Seventh of March, but soon enough. Might just be the release date of the new one ;)
i have been trying to find this video for years! this takes me back to when i was 6
I dont usually like long Machinimas but this....this was something spectacular!
Probably the most bad ass GTA video that I have ever seen. Well done.
The part with the truck trailer was great! Good job!
Thanks dude, prepare for September. I'm going full out trying to make my own GTA movie. I think it'll be absolutely sick.
Still better then Michael Bay films....In fact I think I would pay to see this in 3D in the cinema
1:09 holy crap that is the best sounding dodge start up I've heard in a long time. Sounds JUST like the General Lee. As invincible as him too.
God, this is great! Fantastic Job! Also, i never thought i would listen the Driv3r theme in a GTA video!
This is the greatest gaming video I've ever seen, and quite better than most action flix I've seen in the last few years! 10/10!
this is the best video ever made in CZcams history.
This is the best video from GTA IV in the world!!! I never seen so awesome video!
holy shit.. i miss those machinima gta videos era..
even in sound mixing, quality always trumps efficiency and "handiness." keep rocking that attitude.
amazing can't wait, this is my GTAIV favourite video ever, i am serious! love this video. and thanks for the graphic mod info :)
KEK, citywide carnage and the Dodge is still in pristine condition :D
Исходя из количества Чейджеров в этом городе у жителей 2 выбора:
- либо покупать чейджер;
- либо работать в такси.

0:53 - 1:02 that charger shot was beatiful
Very nice peace of work man. Great tribute for the American muscle cars to! Fantastic camera movements. Peace man. Thanks.
Epic chase!!....spot on sound of the charger...from the funky sounding starter to the choppy idle
Ohh man the DRIV3R intro bringing back some memories

+merfra41 You can bet there's more on the way, Frankie!
10:20, should've used Sgt. Cross Corvette but it's still a wonderful scene seeing the identical NFS Corvette Cop
This is THE BEST gta 4 video I have ever seen!
This is just awesome!, had lot's of fun watching it.
