Wouldnt it be cool if they did a playoffs for the 1st pick lol. I know its kinda stupid in reality but it would give the teams closest a young star to get them over the hump and it would force bad teams to still try and turn out good rosters. But I think it would realistically hurt the worst teams quite a bit and keep them bad for longer.
