I hear you, and that’s the most difficult part to master. 90% of it is literally just remembering to remember. Let this be yet another sign, and another reminder! Tell yourself now: “A trigger means I take a breath. A trigger means I take a breath. Take a breath. Take a breath. Breathe.” Just like any habit, it’s the future planning, repetition, authority, and emotional intensity that will create the new behaviour or skill. Believe you can do it and execute 💪
