Hi, I have 4 domains through 1and1 with the (Black Friday $1 Month for 12) basic plan plan, can I have all 4 domains hosted under a single account or do I have use the (Personal Family Domains not Business) Business Account? Does the Business Account even allow me to have all my domains under 1 Account? Thanks for the good work.
IONOS is TERRIBLE. I had a simple html site of my house remodel and they kept charging me for "out-of-date" PHP support. I would log into my account and click update PHP and get confirmation that it had updated and I would still be invoiced for the out-of-date PHP. Got tired of fighting with them about it. Moved my hosting and recommend you RUN away from IONOS - don't even consider them.
I do not recommend you to deal with this unprofessional company , The worst experience I have ever had, I bought a domain name 3 days ago they took the money but I can’t see my domain name in the dashboard, The worst thing is that no one answered my emails all these 3 days
Hey I recommend checking your email i have used them for years and no issues. be sure to login with your domain email first and then you should be able to use the email you registered your domain with
Yes they’re big time scammers I got scammed by them. One of their employees was helping me with my website and than he kept persisting me for my personal email password so he could work on my website than he sends mw an email from his personal email account and gmail alerted me that his email link was a SCAMMER trying to steal my personal info and than he illegally accessed my visa card info and signed me up for another package deal which I NEVER CONSENTED to signing up for smh. I don’t want understand why these CZcamsr influencers promote this scamming companies !!!

IONOS is NOT available in many countries! If you are from Sweden like me, you cannot purchase a plan!! as simple as that! check out the list for yourself!

Check out their reputation with the better business bureau and other review sites. They get the lowest rating possible. Scam scam scam
