- The Cradle Moon Mountain Bike Park has a number of trails. Here are some highlights on the yellow MTB trail. The trail has a nice flow to it and forks out to some technical sections if you which to do it.

How do you have such smooth video on a chest strap , I have a GoPro Hero 7 and my footage is not nearly as smooth

Hi Divan, I make use of a chest strap. I have the GoPro Hero 7 Black recording at 4k. Not using any gimbal.

Nice xc trails there. I take it thats it for a while as I hear you are being locked down without right to go out to exercise . We are locked down but allowed one exercise trip a day I made a video of my ride yesterday today walk with the family so no ride. Take care stay safe.
It is a very nice trail! Yeah, with our lockdown we are not even allowed to go walk the dogs or go cycling and all our bike parks will be closed. I'm going out today for my last ride

I have a couple, all depends on the mood I am in, but overall, I would say Buffelsdrift as it caters for all skill and fitness levels.

@Machiel Christiaan Naudé Big Red Barn has a couple of easy trails, Buffelsdrift and Rosemary hill. Cowhouse/Hazeldean is majority flat and is great for when you first start off and don't want to do a lot of climbing/uphills or technical bits. The kids love it too.
