I love your vlogs! this one was so fun. I have a Bowflex bike but I do my own workouts, I hate people telling me what to do LOL I just make it up as I go (but I've been working out like 10 years at this point so I know what I like). Your mom made you such a nice meal how sweet of her! It's always nice returning from a trip and feeling like you're back on track :)

Tips for someone starting in the gym & looking to build lean muscle on a skinny frame?! Exercise split, exercises, reps, sets,..?
stay consistent and be gentle with yourself! i started with lifting 3 days (pull,push,legs) a week then increased to 4 (push,pull,legs1,legs2). i do the exact same routine over and over again and that’s what worked for me building lean muscle on a skinny frame. also, i had to drink protein shakes, more protein pasta, and increased intake of protein and food overall. (i was more hungry from working out though) for reps I just try to do at least 6 and go till failure every time. I also try to lift heavy enough so i’m still challenging my muscles by putting them in an uncomfortable state. i pretty much
do anywhere from 6-12 reps and 3-4 sets based on feeling. hope this helps! lmk if you have any questions. remember starting is the hardest part and discipline > motivation.
