Using Minecraft to Visualize Music - Stranger Syncs

- When I heard this remix by C418 I fell in love with it instantly and had to make this video. All the block placement for music synchronization was done by hand. I lost track of how many hours I spent working on this, but I think it was around 120. CZcams's compression looks pretty bad at lower resolutions, so I would recommend 4k.

I just realized that the camera turns upside down whenever it goes to the nether because it's saying that the nether IS the upside-down.

@@AxxLAfriku I'm probably not the one you should ask, but I'll give my two cents.
It's best to stick with school as of now, CZcams isn't as nice of a career as it seems with how much the rules change and with problems like payment, Copyright, and demonization. If you make it big on CZcams, great! If not, you're stuck with not as much experience as others when it comes to careers. You can't forget about the competition as well, it's hard to make it big when everyone wants to become the next CZcams sensation. If school work bores you, then it may not be what's right for you, so focus on learning and finding out what you want for yourself in the future.
On a sidenote, if you don't mind me asking, how much do you make off of CZcams as of now?

When the camera reaches the cake, I can actually feel my whole body lurched forward like the bodily reaction of coming to a stop like that.
That transition to the other world from that portal Is mind blowing!!!
The transition isn't too difficult to create, I'm much more impressed by the sync itself

Its VERY likely the portals where done in game using the BetterPortals mods. since thats exactly what the mod lets you do.

I was so hypnotised by this that my mom scared me to death when she came in.
This is just gorgeous. The shaders, the environment, the music, it is so good! I would like a video showcasing the process of making these videos. It would be very interesting and might inspire others.
Step 1. Buy a good computer
That comes before anything else. Otherwise you ain't getting shaders and 60fps gameplay recording
@@JstormZx It isnt recorded, a mod was used to render it afterwards, that way it doesnt matter how long each frame takes to render (see description)

Woah this sync was so cool! I love how the Nether is treaed like ht eupside down, and I love how creative you got with the little flute lilts! Given the impossibility of some of those camera movements, I'm assuming this setup was hooked to a contraption you ran and recorded, and then you used the Replay mod to record this perspective?

Fucking awesome! I could only watch this with a smile on my face! I love the awesome sharp beat of that song so much, and this just adds to that feeling. Tilting upside down slowly is such an exhilarating feeling. It almost feels like one of those roller coaster that slowly tilts you over until you hang upside down and the drop (in this case the music) happens! Great job man!
