On serious note no I don't think Kate's reputation is damaged. Media and public still treat her as the perfect princess. With regards to William I think he's caused any damage himself I.e. staying silent when abuse is thrown at his brother and nephew but advocates against racism in football and the lady hussey case. He's shown his priorities don't include his brother or nephew so why should Harry care about William?
