Traveled to Ghana in 2010 with my brothers and Mother. As an African American I was instantly in awe with the kindness of the people of Ghana. I felt much safer in Accra, the capital, and Kwamasi than in most U.S. cities. One of the most amazing trips of my life. I felt like I was "HOME" for 10 days.

I hope you are wrong. I am European but from Eastern side. Some Westerners still love nazi ideas, I have it every few days and I am not even black. But if they/we were all like that it would be much worse than it is. I was born on outskirts of small village in Eastern Poland. In my primary school I was bashed for being from outskirts. I was good student so I chosed high-school with good rep but far from home. There I was bashed for being from village were I was bashed for being from that village's outskirts. I studied in capital city and there I was bashed for being from outskirts of country in which my high-school was placed where I was bashed for being from village where I was bashed for being from outskirts of that village. When I graduated I moved to England, Norway and Netherlands. Now abroad I am bashed for being from Eastern part of Europe where capital city of my country is placed where I was bashed for....
I thought I can find place where people are not racist. So far level of racism surprises me everything I move.
Climate crisis is gaining momentum. Racism feed on problems.
At the end I must admit to something. I am privileged. My gift is that I could see German death camps without need to pay for expensive flights. One of satanic terror death machines is placed 40km from my home.
Go to Auschwitz or Maydanek and learn how hate ended not so long time ago.

@mervynmontague1811, another Jamaican. "Massa" (springs from "master") comes from slavery/colonial times and is still used in Ghana, Jamaica and likely other places in the black diaspora. Here, I was referring to the vlogger (Lifeder En).
Regarding what was 'butchered ', it is clear that I was referring to the vlogger's Ghanaian pronunciations.

@@AckeeEater. Ok :) This "massa" was a new thing for me. But I guessed that you meant the wrong pronunciation next. I assume the production team is Estonian, and it's wonderful in itself that the English sounds good. For example, for many Russians it is really difficult to pronounce English in a "normal" way :) On the other hand, I have sometimes heard such an instruction that if the reader does not know how to pronounce a foreign word in that language, it is allowed to pronounce the word as it is pronounced in the reader's own language. It may be that this is an outdated instruction. However, I did not take this shortcoming seriously. Earlier, I criticized the fact that some information is embellished - when the script is directly borrowed from Wikipedia. For commenting on CZcams: I've noticed that sometimes it's hard to tell if a comment is about the original commenter or my previously written comment, even if the comment doesn't have the @xxxxx stamp in front of it. The problem is highlighted by the fact that for some reason CZcams sends me a notification about a comment - this time about your comment... I did assume that your comment was about the initiator - not me. But the enigmatic nature of your text made me curious. And sometimes it's nice to understand new things and perspectives. So - Thank you :)

Pls AKan's don't do scarification like the way you said it. What you said mostly apply to the northern tribes. If an akan have scars, it'll be from being treated by a herbalist for an illness. This is as a result of slightly cutting the skin and applying medicine there which then leave a scar. Those scars are tiny and you could barely see them. Most importantly, they are not found on the face but mostly on the joints, waist, and back. If you see someone with scarifications on their faces, its called tribal mark and Akans don't do tribal marks. You can't even be King in Asante tribe if you have scars. Its a taboo.

Depends on how you see marriage and love. I deeply believe you can love more than one person because you love each one individually for their personality. If a man can manage to be a good husband to ALL of his wives and gives them all an equal feeling of value, worth and attention it can work. But most men couldn't do it. Also the wives have to learn not to be jealous, but to love one another in a sisterly way and with open communication. It's good if you are not alone with the kids, so the other women can help you and you can help them. It is a different construct of family. I think you can learn this kind of lifestyle, if the husband and wives are a good and healthy constellation of kind and humble personalities.

If Europeans are going to share their one-sided experience and views about the culture, society, life and history of any country in Africa, please keep to the facts and the truth as much as humanly possible, no matter how painful it may be. I've visited Ghana, Africa on three different occasion as well as a visit to two of the slaves dungeons located there. Ghana is my personal opinion is literally heaven on earth (Peaceful) especially when the enemy is kept out of it business. Just to note a major discrepancy I noticed in the video. The so-called "Elmina Castle" was far from a castle. It was one of the most dehumanizing SLAVE DUNGEONS in the 15th & 16th century used by the demonic, heartless, non-conscious, and former slave masters in the colonization and slavery of our ancestors. These slave dungeons was beyond unsanitary as far as the living condition was concerned. The environment inside of those slave dungeons were used to abuse, rape, cage, torture, maim, murder, and starve the most rebellious of our ancestors who refused the evil and wickedness treatment of their and our open enemy. I don't recalled any of that being mentioned about Elmina's Slave Dungeon in the video. It's also interesting that the term "SANFOKA" was never mentioned in the video as well. I don't have to wonder why, I already know why. It was several other discrepancies in the video as well, but I'll leave it there. "BLACK LIVES MATTER!

However, Polygamy was practiced back in biblical times to ensure that women were not left without care because the society at that time was a male dominated society, but that was abolished. When Africa wakes up and realize how powerful they are and stop allowing the West to interfere in their domestic policies. What I do say, according to prophecy, Africa will emerge a strong continent. You who have left the West is extremely smart, don't live in Africa with a Western mindset. I can't wait to join you all in beautiful beautiful Africa
