I didn't run into a clearance issue when I did mine this past weekend. I don't remember that line being in the way? I simply tilted the pulley up and popped it off. But maybe that's just a quirk of my Zuk.

Hmmmmm…strange. I have had this issue on 4 separate occasions. Perhaps it is a function of mount wear??? 2 litre gasoline?
