Both are parallel twins (another name of inline twins) and both have a 270° firing pattern which is the reason these bikes sound so good. A Motorycle with 180° firing pattern sounds as bad as a lawn mower.

Sardar ji from Ambala has no clue about engines. Both are 270 Parallel twins, not 180 or 360 as hes saying. Only ECU mapping is a bit different.
