Polini HI-SPEED variator for about 60,- euros is the answer! Max. speed goes a bit beyond 60 km/h. The engine runs smoother and at lower revs, resulting in improved fuel consumption (55 km/l in my case, standard vario was 45 km/l). You can also go for Malossi MULTIVAR 2000. Costs a bit more than Polini.
I saw your video with the acerlation. Is it fast enough to keep up with the cars in town or does are you still like on most scooter a disturbance fot car dricers?

43-45 km/h... Without modification... With a polini variotor it goes about 60km/h

Unfortunately not, it was installed by the Honda dealer.
Had one of these - never again. The chinese - made Honda like the Vision had a very lousy quality, but although the high Honda price.
Can you remove the box?
