Very interesting video. Exclusively for mechanical engineers.

It was indeed helpful, I didn't conclude my apprenticeship though
I studied mechanical engineering at university( automotive plant & maintenance option)

I know this isn't the best place to get advice but hopefully someone has an answer.
I have a mack E7 Econovance with the electronic throttle/rack control. The crankshaft thrust washer broke and the crankshaft endplay was so great it wiped out the rpm/tdc sensor and damaged the block.
I swapped the engine out for a used engine, replaced the TDC sensor and replaced timing event sensor.
Now, I'm not getting fuel to the injectors. Primer will push fuel through the injection pump and back to tank, and cranking it will push fuel through pump and back to tank but it will not deliver fuel to the high pressure fuel lines. It won't start and I can't even bleed the high pressure lines. I have ~3v and good ground to the fuel rack actuator with the key on. I can hear the rack open when I put 12v and good ground to the rack actuator but still can't get fuel to the high pressure lines/injectors.
Is there a separate fuel shut-off solenoid in the electronics assembly in the rack? As far as I can tell the only other electronics in there are rack position sensors. I'm baffled that even manually opening the rack with 12 volts won't let me bleed fuel to the injectors. I'm lost on this one.

why we should use handbrakes in tests or its for pressure? are the handbrakes influence pressure?

@@keepontruckinoutlawlife1248 Have you hooked up a manual pressure gauge to confirm that it is really 0 psi oil pressure in the engine? That is usually the next step before we start tearing things apart. It makes me wonder since you say it runs fine. If the manual gauge has pressure then it is a problem with the sensor side. I know you replaced the sensor but it could even be the wiring or ECM. If the engine truly doesn't have oil pressure then that would be a different investigation.
