Casio G-Shock GM-2100B-4ACR. Dubbed the "CasiOak" due to the octagonal bezels resemblance to the famous "Royal Oak" from Audemars Piguet. Polished stainless steel grey PVD cover over carbon case and textured silicone black strap. A mere 11.5 mm thick, which is the thinnest among G-SHOCK combination models.
