Nice one Rob can't beat a bit of crow bashing, I had 25 myself last Sunday morning just coming into the shed. All helps the little bird numbers grow. 👍

Allways had a green fishing brolly over head few reasons they could spot you at 200 yards and rain or sun chuck a net over it and it awesome hide second bit get a face vale your white face looks stands out massive. Flappers work well and number 1 rule on crows no dogs mates cocker lost a eye many moons ago on a crow nice bit of shooting pal enjoyed it

Still trying to figure out if your running a wide angle lens or if your dropping birds at 75 - 100 yards. Either way that's nice shooting.
Just a normal lens angle but a lot of the birds were quite far (about 50 yards) they didn’t want to decoy very well at times. I had to take my chances 👍
and what
were choke if your are getting stuck into further birds please. Im usually just standing in a hedge for half an hour or so, rather than decoying and trying to pot a few on the farm, thanks

Why so many decoys? If I start with more than 2 nothing comes in. Do you use any particular pattern or just random.
The more decoys, the more confident they will be to come closer is what I have found. I have a random pattern with little spaces left clear for them to look to land there 👍
I found that when you leave them a landing zone in your decoy pattern they tend to fly in closer.
