It’s never too late to train! I would just stay consistent. 9 months is a tough age. It slowly started to get easier at a year. You could try a training collar too! Just use the beep and vibrate options

I just got an Aussiedoodle and she is struggling to learn. She also does not like treats and that makes it hard to train her. She prefers play as a treat but also get distracted easily. Any tips?

I would be lost if Frankie wasn't treat-motivated. I'm not sure! I would keep trying different treats to find what she likes

I recently got a mini Aussiedoodle who is 11 weeks old. We got her at 9 weeks old and the first thing I noticed was she was very picky about her treats. We finally found one she liked and stuck with it for some time. As she got more comfortable with my place she started liking more treats and I found out she prefers meat flavored treats. Just keep trying to find one treat your dog likes. It takes some time but not I have a few different kinds of treats she likes.

@@Hollyann76 don’t reward that behavior ever, and make sure you yelp and turn your back to him for a min every time he does that if it’s unwanted. And treat treat treat/reward every time he doesn’t do that when you go to pet him
