The NBA needs to abolish these dumb reports it doesn’t change anything after the fact.Secondly, call the game the way the rules are written because I can bet you there dozens of uncalled travels, palming & other violations that effect the game.NOT just the last two minutes!!!!
The refs don’t watch the game to call these types of things they watch the game as fans
They not machines goof ball thier are literally 10 players on the floor moving at fast paced and they have to watch everything with all that noise etc etc u crybabies crying over nothing this ain't nothing new, move on and stop the sobbing like little children it's getting annoying now @@Maxjuliann
The NBA refs look at the game different than the college refs. College refs are taught to focus on the ball handler and see everything else peripherally. NBA refs are taught to focus on the defender and see everything else peripherally. They can’t look at everything. That’s why ball handlers in the NBA can get away with stuff that they can’t in college.
Palming is for sure an issue that nobody seems to talk about. Nearly every player palms the ball in this league now.
Go cry Ithat your team stinks at full strength
So get more referees. This industry has SO MUCH MONEY.
Otherwise shut up and deal with the INEVITABLE VARIABLES of the game!
How about we punish Embiid for ripping out people's shoulders and powerbombing Robinson from mid air?
Let me see... what team would the NBA like to see play the Celtics: the Indiana Pacers, or the New York Knicks? With millions of dollars on the line, in the United States of Corporatocracy, I don't trust _anyone_ to run a fair game.

How about consistency from sportscasters from series to series?

Yes, Van Gundy was acting like they hired him to make referee calls instead of call the game as its happening
not being able to challenge a kick ball specifically is insane
I blame legal sports betting
I blame Russia
How so? U think refs are betting on these games.
This has been an issue for decades, BEFORE legal sports betting. U musta just been born yesterday...and didn't stay up all night 😁
Bingo 🎉🎉
@@scruffd0g193definitely it’s been happening for a long time. One ref basically admitted fixing games and went to court for it so ofc the refs be throwing these games, especially if they don’t like a particular player or team
3 bad calls in less than a minute left...man whoever is betting on the Knicks is making bank
They grab as many shekels as they can and then a world war starts when they get caught and punished
Talking about bad calls when the league MVP is ripping out Randle's shoulders from the sockets and clotheslining Robinson from mid air.
@@user-dq1er4vn1eare you crying?
Never saw the league go so hard on missed calls this is ridiculous
Does anyone not think these games are rigged at this point?
There's no reason for so many incorrect calls, no calls when there's a replay center, officials, referees, multiple angle cameras etc... 😳 Every other sports have used technology and innovation to improve its overall performance so the NBA needs to get it right somehow.
U sound completely oblivious stfu
Monica just touched on something with the gambling 🤔
If the Knicks we're on the wrong in of those plays, they wouldn't be talking about this so much
Bingo. They will say will say beat them by 30 if you want to complain.
When we got screwed vs the Rockets it was covered for 5 minutes
@@JLC942how about maxey 4 pt play walk 😂😂😂 they didn’t even cover it
That was a different referee in position who didn't call the divincenzo hold on the screen but he was the same referee that called a kick ball in the same sequence
Sports entertainment is a type of spectacle which presents an ostensibly competitive event using a high level of theatrical flourish and extravagant presentation, with the purpose of entertaining an audience.
this not good for the knicks the refs are gonna over compensate for the pacers now for messing up
Yeah right, the Knicks will get the calls when they matter most once again.
Refs don't pay attention to outside noise trust me my uncle is a ref he don't care what y'all think because he's secure
That's exactly what happened in game 3 last series when they gave Embid more free throws than the entire Knicks team and they let him commit multiple flagrant fouls without consequence. Then, in Game 5, they let Maxi travel on the 4 point play to force OT. The refs gonna take this win back and then some.
@@BKLYN_MADE_ME How about the fact that Embiid grabbed Mitch's ankle while he was in the air risking major injury. The play before he made illegal contact as well. Mitch just came off ankle surgery Embiid 100% knew this there's no way he wasn't made aware by the coaching staff. He should have been ejected and we should have swept them. I can guarantee once the series switches to Indiana they will get a lot of home calls. These guys think the NBA is fixed for the Knicks. Where was the fix my entire life when I watched guys like Beno Udrih, Andy Rautins, Jared Jefferies... the list goes on and on we were bad for my entire life besides a few moments when I was like 8 yrs old and one more time when I was in college. THIS IS OUR TIME ENJOY THIS!
Yup, the refs made three bad calls in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference semifinals last year, according to the L2M report, and they all went against the Knicks, essentially costing us a Game 7 at MSG, but did we complain all over social media? It's funny how nobody complained about how we got robbed by the refs in the Miami series last year because that doesn't fit the narrative. There were no segments on ESPN or outrage on social media after that series. Lol
If they get all of these wrong in the last 2 minutes I would love to see a 48 minute report. 72 incorrect calls?
If the Knicks lost that game the Knicks fans would have checked out compeltely from this series
Is this even good broadcasting? Betting is the problem.
Tim Legler looking more and more like MICHAEL MYERS each day😳 jus me???

3 missed calls within the last 45 seconds all favoring knicks hmmm
Thank you alan

Why they only put in ,the last minute there was more in the last 2 min
It's illegal moving screen
Yeah let’s have two analysts who literally work for the Knicks to comment on the unfair officiating that has been given for the Knicks this entire playoffs
These talking points are ridiculous. Just a way for the network to have something to do for their next show. If you want to talk about consistency, the Knicks probably would have won five or 10 more games during the regular season if the refs had their game together. It is what it is, the Knicks just made more plays at the end of the game to win the game. Refs miss calls all the time, historically. Indiana would be better served trying to figure out how to box out Josh Hart. ;)
Sports betting at its best in the Knicks series sports is not the same anymore.
Love Tim Legler. Best analyst on TV
He's a luuzer
They changed the defensive rules mid season to allow for more defensive contact but so far it seems only the Knicks and Wolves are allowed to take advantage of them.
Monica Mcnutt I need all of that
3:36 👀
😂😂
Luka was shooting bad early in the clippers series even before the injury.
Legs spending so much time on one play then acknowledge the Knicks beating 76rs and since Brunson first 2 bad games at horns he’s average 35 and 4 straight 40 games. He said Halliburton was better. Just deflecting
He's a clown mad he lost a bet against the Knicks, these analyst are a joke
Divincenzo had 2 offensive fouls calls against him!
We need to win. Period. I don’t care if they’re more consistent, less consistent, or resting somewhere comfortably between the 2. Doesn’t matter to me. As long as the Knicks win, that’s allll that matters.
How the Knicks are winning isn’t so much about consistency as it is about timing. Someone gets hot at the right time, someone grabs a rebound at the right time, someone hits a 3 at the right time. Players could have had an inconsistent performance throughout the night but with 59 seconds left in the game pop a 3 that puts you ahead to stay. You see? Timing and effort. Consistency is always a plus but not necessarily a requirement.
Well that’s one thing we will never get so no point of expecting it
I need people to understand that he wasn’t called for a moving screen it was a foul because denzo didn’t have enough time to react to the screen
The reason that was a missed call and the reason why the other referee called what he did is plain and simple. Two different referees, two different ends of the court. One official made the call because that's how he saw it, and the other official didn't make the call because that's not how he saw it. You have three different officials and each one of them will call the same exact incident differently each and every time. Sometimes you may get too officials that see the same thing. This is not football where you get multiple flags.
If Haliburton had scored literally anything in the 4th quarter we aren’t talking about these calls
How long we gonna keep talking about it?! As if they started and ended the game on that play. Then they totally blew over the fact that he shoukd have been called for an additional offensive foul anyway. 🙄
Probably lost money,it's the only reason they so mad about it is insane how anyone take these analyst seriously
If that play was a no call, and there was a wide open shot because of the flopping, the other team would also have an issue about it.
I'm all for getting the call right but be consistent in the calls. That's all.
Cry child
So basically they're gonna whine about the Knicks this whole playoffs
Stop cheating lol... they're not just making it up lol.... they're not saying this stuff about ANY other series... just the Knicks because we saw it!!!
Exactly, they acting like this is something new, they been crying about this since Tuesday but with no LeBron they gotta find something to whine about
@@standupguy8109"stop cheating" learn to form a proper sentence of you want people to take what you say seriously

@NuLORD66 I have a home, great job, and beautiful family... I ain't hurting at all... so who cares if I can form a sentence lol..... pacers in 5
It is too difficult for officials, players are actively trying to fool you. That is why in late game situations maybe err on the side of restraint.
All players do this, all this lame coverage does is ruin the game even more
Why dont they have a outside person watching the game correcting missed calls by referee's that was not a kick ball obviously
The Knicks will need to pick up a free agent center in the summer. They should consider Nola Vucevic Brook Lopez and or Jonas Valancuiunus.
Legz talk about the 46 minute report
I learned watching NBA basketball in the 80s and 90s that a foul was based on WHO YOU ARE. Example....Jordan gets calls.....John Starks doesn't. Even if it's the same infraction. Refs make calls based on unfair circumstances and an unbalanced game is the result. It's NEVER been consistently correct.
This is insane how much they are talking about officiating. They never talk about this when the Knicks loose.
I agree with you, I am surprised. The game was on Monday, over 2,000 NBA games are played within a season. Is this the first time referees missed a call or made an incorrect call?? They are spending so much time on this issue because it is the Knicks
its been ongoing and growing issue regarding referees bad call or not being called, Are the referees should get a penalized too for wrong calls ?
He’s crying about a screen meanwhile Haliburton had 6 points.
Tim I have advice for you! Bet with the Knicks! Not against them? 😂
first thing nba needs to do is get rid of flopping it makes it impossible for teams to play defense and refs to make the right calls
They really need to look into Tyler Ford. It's going to come out years from now he was Tim Donaghy Jr.
Cry
Good call out by ESPN crews for these egregious calls and non-calls. There should be a flopping call on Devincenzo when he pushed himself and fall backwards. Two things can be true at the same time, you can have a moving screen and a flopping call. Also, a kick ball is an illegal contact, which is what a foul is, so it's stupid a kick ball is not reviewable.
2 went the knicks way 2 went the pacers way? that game was ref consistently like how you guys left out the 3 sec on turner witch shouldve gave the knicks a point
Thibs said this last series, "I'm more concerned with the 46-minute report".
Exactly, even a 12 min report. 1. Ball went off Pacer's foot, called out on Brunson. Overturned after a challenge. 2. Screen by Nesmith, Donte made some contact, but ran by him, not through him and Nesmith flopped hard, threw his hands in the air like Embiid. Donte called for the defensive foul. Flop was more dramatic than Divincenzo's "flop". Yet he got called for the foul. 3. Brunson with the ball, Haliburton deflects the ball, but called for a foul. Challenged and overturned. Ball given to Indy because they recovered the ball. Following the deflection, Nesmith with control, foot passes the ball to his teammate. Looked like a controlled kick. Should have been a kickball and side out New York, but Indy had possession. So Indy, quit your complaining and clean up your play in the last 2 min. 3 turnovers and a foul on a dead ball. Blame late game execution
Minnesota Okc in the WCF, Celtics Knicks ECF 😊
callback to 2013 knicks team in playoffs, jr smith had the same call against him on a "kickball" that wasnt that
The nba so fix, it’s crazy, over a call they making all these story’s 😂
😅😅 I've been saying this . They all bet on the knicks to lose . But knicks are playing hard and they can't believe it .
just fast forward whenever monica talks
horrible take, they are either dumb or don't know the rules. They are rooting for calls against the pacer not to be called but bad calls against the knicks to remain.
Those errors are from fatigue.
TIM is on point 100%
they called moving screens multiple times during the game
They called it 2 times and it was at the end of the game.
Horrible officiating. If the nba can ban johntay porter they should ban these refs.
Not for nothing. But, Turner leans into Donte. Just saying. He moves up to him closer, and leans in.

With what everything that Legs said, ESPECIALLY right at this moment 8:35, it all of a sudden makes me wonder, WHICH official made THAT call? And somehow, MISSED that egregious arm hook just a split second before that??? Do we possibly have another Donaghy situation going on here? #InquiringMinds
When all the calls at the end of the game favor one team, it becomes too obvious what has transpired. The officiating at MSG this post season has been egregious & disgraceful. You watch that Sixers series then watch game 1 against Indy, the agenda has become quite clear.
Interesting didn't you watch EMbiid Pulling on Mitch Robinson's injured ankle while he was in midair, or clocking brunson or falling all over the Knicks and ZERO calls? Did you watch Josh hart getting fouled on his free throw rebound putback and ZERO call? Just like BSPN - You have SELECTIVE outrage..
@@marksimmons5839 Did you watch Game 2 where Maxey got mauled by Brunson who grabbed both of his hips and swung him inevitably leading to Divincenzo's 3 putting NYK up 1 with 13 seconds left?
What about game 6 in Philly where Jalen Brunson shot 16 FT's while Maxey shot 4?
What about all the calls against INDY in game 1 which ALL favored NYK?
Just say you are a Knicks fan. Only Knicks fan could possibly defend the officiating for NYK's this postseason.
@@Reaper13-hi3yofunny you left out Embiid shooting 21 FTS to the Knicks 19 TOTAL FTS in game 2 and the travel leading a 4 point play to extend the series. Or Embiid intent to injure Robinson and received nothing for it. Very selective memory
@@marksimmons5839Embiid pulling Robinsons ankle was due to frustration from the calls not being called. Prior to that play Anunoby elbows Embiid in the stomach. Doesnt get the call.. they run down to the other end and that's when the Robinson Embiid encounter happens. Embiid was 100% wrong however if they didnt get robbed just a game before maybe emotions wouldnt be soo high just saying.
Doesnt discount the fact that The Knicks are getting these calls to help them win.
No one calls a moving screen like that on a last play of a drive. Tim Donaghy said it best. "There are ways the officials can use the whistle without it looking "fixed".. 3 seconds, palming violation etc...
That moving screen call late landed in that category if you ask me.
Moral of the story.
In an endgame scenario..Unless it's an egregious act that results in a foul or pentaly then the whistle should remain silent.
Allow the players to determine the outcome of the game.
Thank you legs for giving insight into this.
@@rupertpupkin2660 No excuse. Incredibly dangerous play. You can’t defend yourself in midair.
Let's say that the screen wasn't called and a pacer player got open and hit a three. Y'all going to talk about how the knicks were robbed for a non call? Again, that screen was technically by rule illegal. This means that at close games....there is no such thing as an illegal screen? You know that teams practice "subtle" screens for times like these.
Luka's shot selection has always been pretty bad, especially on the 3. Career 35% shooter. He is the new Harden.
Luka is done .. I’m
So saddd
We need more consistency to your haircut Tim.
The NBA needs to put an end to these stupid reports. The outcome won't change, and it just embarrasses the referees. Those calls at the end of the game weren't the only ones missed in that game. There has never been a perfectly officiated game in NBA history.
As a Knicks fan, we never get calls our way, most of the year. I don’t wna hear sh@!
These so call media people sure spend alot of time complaining when its the knicks but overlook every other times teams was getting calls . Especially go back to when the knicks sucked , how come knicks wasn't getting calls then ?
Start fining refs or suspending them when they reach a certain amount of incorrect calls. They should get a limit of how many, and get punished when they go over.
There is no consistency and no checks and balances for refs. They just can do whatever they want, and have no consequences at all. And no reason to improve.
Or if you're not gonna do that, give coaches more challenges to clean up the mess these refs are making.
The job to referee could be hard but, they have replay for a reason. The kicked ball was a dead ball. Why couldn't the refs take the time to review the replay so that the correct team gets possession. It's clear the pacers recovered the loose ball.
Knicks fans will still try to defend this, even though there is video proof 🤣
Mr legler what happen when the other way around what would your comment be?
Legler must of had Money on this game and lost. When Embiid was making dirty plays last series and was getting baby bait fouls, nobody said anything other than "Oh yeah, that should've been a Flagrant 2".
Right we all see that
The question should be will this Brunson kid flop over or under 15 times tonight.
By the way, how hilarious is having BOTH Knicks radio call people come onto this show and pick the Knicks to win tonight's game? 😝
What a bunch of shills talking about the refs for 20 minutes on national television, talking about unwritten rules and game flow. Monica i am so sorry you have to deal with that youre a queen
This is the playoffs, win the series or go home
And it’s not true my Celtics get no calls at home at all it’s like we play away at home
FIXED
I don’t understand how the refs keep their jobs. Fine they messed up but how are they allowed to come back and officiate again after that
Bottom line is no matter how you want to spin it, the Pacers got flat screwed in the last two minutes by the officials.
They screwed themselves fast balling, only thirsty simps in Indians listening to these analyst
There were 4 miss/bad calls, 2 in favor of each team on the L2M report.
You going to reduce the gravity of those calls by stating it like this 😂. They were not equal in any way but good effort
Bad calls but you got the league MVP injuring people on purpose.
Funny when its the knicks they start to complain.
It should be obvious that some games are rigged and Im a New York Knicks fan.
Let the players decide the game: players decide the game.
Those same people: why did the refs not make the calls?
Maybe these sportscasters should be refs and not sitting there critiquing what they did if they did or did not do. I would love to hear them talk about how New York fought back after giving up the lead.
Tim still mad get over it ya parlay missed 😭😭😭
A broom and a tie
The refs don't miss calls they just don't call on a team they want to win.
At the end of the day the league is a business. I’m not surprised a lot of calls are going the Knicks way. Huge market, the league would make a lot of money if they go deep into the playoffs.
