Just got a haircut and my hair is kinda too short so gonna try this. I’ll update later. Also with previous cuts as well the left side of my hair is shorter than the right at the back so on the left side it looks like a rooster’s comb but on the right it’s fine.

Update: It has been around 20 days (2/3 of the 30 day challange) and my hair has grown a WHOLE INCH! So, that means that by the end of the challange my hair will reach 1,5 INCHES! Which is 3x faster than normally. Can't wait to see the results at the 30 day mark!

Good, i has been a week, and my hair feels less greasy and way stronger (it doesn't fall out as easily). it has grown 0.25 inches which means if it will keep growing like that it will easily reach 1 inch (3.5 inches in total). It could potentially be 1.25 - 1.5 inches instead of 1 bcuz i skipped 2 days

I’m not too familiar with Miele shampoo, but I do know Ali Kay shampoo. Has a lot of natural ingredients in it, which is healthy for your hair.

Yo kozact do you think not using shampoo could be beneficial to my 4c hair? I wash my hair every week and deep condition but towards the end of the week my hair tends to get a little dry. I have only about an inch or two of hair and haven’t really put it in a protective style since I’m waiting for more length. (3 inches or more) Since I don’t have that much hair and my hair doesn’t get that dirty you think mabye shampooing only once a month could help?
Wear a bonnet to sleep and get your hair wet everyday and apply oils(I shower every morning)
If your hair is too short,you can shampoo and condition everyday but when it grows like an inch or 2 shampoo once a week and u don’t need to go to crazy on the conditioner

Will using shampoo+conditioner products still strip the natural oils from your scalp? I do it every week.
to an extent but u still need to use it. once a week is good, just make sure you’re using a moisturizing shampoo and not a clarifying one. clarifying shampoo should only be used like once a month. that’s the one the can be really stripping but it gets a deeper clean that’ll remove any product buildup.

Yes absolutely , I actually recommend using both together, and when you massage ur scalp try doing it lightly and gently, and do it in small Circular motions

Meditate. It grew back my receding hairline. It was receding at the temples and the peaks were almost gone. I started meditating and my hair became thicker and filled back in. I now have a full head of hair, no receding at the temples. Plus there are other benefits. and I'm in my 60s.

@@BigSmoke-xh5hi I just started doing regular daily meditation, relax with my eyes closed and don't think about anything for as long as I could. 15 minutes, 30 minutes. Or sometimes it's easier to use binaural beats or guided meditation listening to alpha waves videos on youtube. I started doing it to relieve anxiety, I wasn't expecting it to grow my hair but it did.
