[the sims] Sims 1 Long Gameplay (No Commentary) - Bachelor Family 09 (Rags to Riches)

Michael upgraded his house :o) He will be furnishing and upgrading the interior slowly. Fashion career isn't paying him well yet so it might take a bit.
But things are going relatively well aside from keeping friends relationship level high :o( Relationship the worst time of sims 1.

My Rags to Riches Challenge rules:
- No hack items or CCs (except for wallpaper and floors; I loathe EA's wallpapers and floors)
- No genie lamps
- Sim cannot have a roommate or get married during the challenge
- Challenge ends when the sim saves 50,000 simoleons
